well hopefully the stand alone takes all the good things from ace, and maybe even acre. However right now in alpha stages, I don't think adding possible compatibility issues with adding ace and acre which code changes are out of rockets control.

agreed most concealment hides your body heat, however most zones don't have areas that one can always be in 100% concealment. -
however not most people would be a threat like in-game

sorry, I think we can both agree that noone should tell anyone else how to play. I was just testing you cause when you said dayz has no room for traders, I wasn't sure if you meant the playstyle is wrong, or if its not support by any game mechanics at the moment. So really I have no issue with player killers in general (anymore), but I'm generally sick of seeing threads that belong in the bandit campfire being posted in gd, and players who don't want to kill other player being told to gtfo. Now I don't think either of us would object to having more tools that help facilitate more play-styles without making them overly easy, just more managable. I also believe this is possible without taking anything away from currently supported* play-styles. supported= has some backend code associated with it, like the first aid and storage(cargo) systems. edit; I think we both want generally the same thing, but due to possibly the way we are wording it or hyper-focusing on a single part, we aren't noticing that we have the same goal, just different mindsets and experiences that cloud our judgement at times.

So basically perception is reality, however I don't see ways for players to perceive another player has non-hostile.(my main issue with dayz in its current state)

are you telling those who don't kill other for fun should stop playing because that is how your post came off? also are you stated that dayz, has no need for medics or traders? Marcin, now that I said your name backwards you shall go away, you imp. ;) (I'm just messing with you)

I agree the idea needs to be more fleshed out, like allowing to ziptie player's hands. Also I would like to see how hog tieing players would be useful besides for just a slave trade. And wouldn't players just log out when they can, and have a friend rescue them?

I'm all for fewer hackers and exploiters (all expoits not just alt-f4), and more players what ever their playstyle its not even in the game yet so :P... I do hope we get pens and paper so I can do a supply store with that I can issue out something like TCMDs for equipment trades. :)
