Its when a player dies and disconnects without respawning. This is why I leave servers every time, I die to piss off the bandit wanting my loot.

I think it would only be good when we have large change logs like whats comeing in the next patch.

Yea pretty much, Its one of the worse group of people, I've ever dealt with, and thats saying something since I used to be a regular in the cod forums.

I like how when people speak of others engaging in PVP' date=' it always turns into this super personal thing, like that guy was out to destroy the other person entire existence, not just ingame but in [i']real-life too. Half the time I don't even see the names of the people I kill, let alone care enough to "prey" on certain people, the odds of running into the same people over and over are astronomical, given the large nature of the map, the amount of players, and amount of servers. I truly believe that most of the complaints people have, stem from the fact that they infact have never played a game like this, where player death makes you lose your time investment. I feel that most of you cannot handle this, so instead of rolling with it, you rage on the forums and tell us how PvP needs to be dumbed down because noone would ever kill another person in a post-apocalyptic scenario, and rattle off a bunch of bullshit in the process. The game is working as intended, the only thing that needs to happen now, is have features added/polished and bugs squashed. If you dislike the game as it stands now, you're gonna dislike it even more when it's done. So i'm gonna hate it more when there is more to do than just kill things?! edit: So why are bandits safe in their sub-forum but survivors aren't?

So me and my friends decided to change servers because one of our members is in the UK and keeps getting kick from our regular server, and when we spawn in we get killed by two guys with DMRs. >.< I wouldn't be so annoyed if it wasn't for the fact that they killed us while we were loading in. edit: I messed up the title of the tread. It suppose to say Logging in with other players near or killing players still loading shouldn't be possible.

So if i'm bleeding and have to go do something in real life, but not actively engaged in PVP than I still have to suffer?

A lot of people seem to think we were in a usual hot spot like cherno or NWA but we were just in the woods east of kumy... So I'm just gonna chalk in up to bad luck. :P I've gotten over the death but it still seems odd that they can see us and kill us while loading.

Yup! Something wrong with the need and will to kill a player? Would you rather me leave them alone? What is stopping them from doing the same thing I did? Nothing, theres nothing. Its a veteran server for a reason, with certain things turned off, get over it. Seriously deal with death in whatever form it comes on, or move on to another game, as this one apprently doesnt fit you. I just support the fact that being friendly shouldn't require meta-gaming to be a valid play style.

Is it possible to force admins to warn players of a server restart and force it to have to be timed at least 5mins before the restart?

Well the wilderness is outside the normal playzone and shouldn't be abused as a place for easy security.

I'm not quite sure, I know I'm friendly and I will kill/grief those who find it fun killing everyone they see.
