but there shouldn't be anything wrong with relizing you are possibly ruining someone elses experience in the cost of bettering your own. yet I've seen a lot of posts saying that those who do feel bad for it, are playing wrong or should stop playing. I see nothing wrong with thinking about the person on the other end of the computer because it brings back that mentility of thinking of that guy across the room during a lan match or the guy playing split screen against you.

it feels like an empty parking lot in the bad side of town. -
another pvper who doesn't go for headshots and bitches about people exploiting something rocket is already working on. Nothing against you personally,but rocket already has stated something is in the pipeline to fix this. and till than my advice is to just go for headshots, however that won't stop players from leaving to make their bodies auto-hide which I don't really see an issue since bullets could damage some or all the equipment and hopefully will be added to encourage risker types of banditry.

in the terms of sandbox like content and development cycle? yes. gameplay and mechinics? no. Just because a game as some sandbox tools doesn't make the entire game a sandbox when most the tools are designed for PVP, and the ones for sandbox are rare,buggy,few,can't be used in creative ways. -

minecraft had amazing content even in alpha because it had the tools for players to change the world down first g) well given that dayz uses arma 2's pvp system with some changes, yet hasn't really provided the same quality of sanbox tools to work with, makes it feel weird to even call dayz a sandbox right now. -

I agree with 1 and 4 which oddly enough when togather creates sorta of a pseudo deathmatch since even the tools for players to create/change the world around them is very limited. -
however If I am correct rocket wants dayz to create emotional response in its players. So you would also kill miltary strangers with guns because you would rather let humanity die off just to live a few extra days than take a risk and maybe give humanity a better chance of surviving and moving on after the event?

While the stats are for players overall, there is the issue the troves of new players flooding in and kinda deluding the stats and creating a diconnect to what the stats say and what most of our in-game experiences have shown us. -
However the Title refers to every kill not just PVP related kills :P.

I was just simply stating that not all kills are fair, cause how can one not die due to a hacker executing a script that kills everyone in the server? Now in terms of PVP based deaths, its fine and understandable. Also there is no need to call me an idiot.

How was not letting you re-fill from the coast, a bad thing? I mean honestly I prefer these changes since items like empty tin cans get an added use, as well as adds depth to the survival aspect, so its more of a priority and isn't something that can be done and forgot about.

Cool the system doesn't stop you from backstabbing. However when I read your posts, don't see much on the constructive criticism and more just saying its a bad idea and that anyone who is a friendly and would like a more fleshed out system for being friendly are fuck tards, who should just stop playing. If i'm getting the wrong impression please correct me. Why not tell us how we could make it better, instead of just calling it moronic? I really don't see why some people have to be dicks on the forums. -

more than just a deathmatch with permadeath -
I would say yes to no crash sites or vehicle spawns, however since the loot in the barracks does respawn regularly, it shouldn't be affected, except for maybe just lowered drop rates on gear like NVGs.
