I agree that 1-2 shots from almost any gun in the game is "realistic" but if we keep it like that there will be no desire to seek higher caliber weapons or rare military guns. I think we have to compromise at least a little bit.
We have getting to cold where you can get an infection, but that rarely happens except on Namalsk. I think we should add heat stroke so it is more realistic than just having like frostbite. Maybe if you run a lot on a very sunny day you will get to hot and you will have to use an item such as an ice pack and have to drink more water. Maybe if you don't use ice pack you will pass out and loose blood or something like that.
