    I think they can, or at least people claim to on the server lists for the frequency of crashes. Anyway thanks, it's good to know, will make for easier looting now.

    Just a quick question because I'm not sure exactly how they work in spawning. I know the basics of where they can spawn and how (in flat lands and usually from center to north) but what I really want to know is if I'm flying a helicopter around Chernarus will I still find heli crashes? The real question is, does helicopter crashes need to be spawned like loot is, by not being in a vehicle and walking up to it so it can actually spawn. Or is it that they're already there upon server restart or they can still spawn when you come into the vicinity of it with a vehicle, in my case a helicopter. Thanks if you can help!
