    Its not just that they have bad PCs, but bad connection. Cross ocean connections tend to be rather iffy. doesn't help some people (or groups of people) Can not shoot. I had a trio of bandits start unloading on me, who was solo, with a Winchester, a DRM, and another weapon. I outran them as well as Zigged and Zagged like mad watching their bullets fly far to the sides around me.
