    SA Journal/Logbook

Yes, the idea is to not remove from the game play and overcrowd the UI. It's just another element to enhance the game, story and choices a player makes. -- @Connor: It's a toss up. I think having a separate area where you can write your own posts would be nice too, but the danger is when players start logging profanities or troll the system, this way it keeps it neat and rewards you for playing a certain way -You get to see what's unfolding in your character's head and steer it in a new direction. I do believe this concept would be tough as heck to implement as it is. They'd need a full time writer and a coder dedicated to this developments, including a system for these events being tracked, logged and saved.

Too much ammo. Just 2 cents from a nobody.

Some really great ideas here. I agree that ammo scarcity would make pvp more meaningful. Like you said, there are different gameplay styles that players prefer. I think the SA team would be wise to recognise this. I see points of interest as being a good enough reason to group up and take on difficult areas. Not entirely unlike MMO guilds raiding difficult dungeons. I would go one step further and make some areas almost impassible. This could create a lot of drama around sneaking. Your idea gave me one idea that would be totally awesome. Hear me out. Instead of just finding big points of ammo and health fueling like choppers and crashed ac130s, why not create smaller ones: randomised NPC corpses, people that lost to the zombies and dropped their stuff. Finding these in forests and against blood splattered walls would drive the story and like you said, have little ammo after defending themselves. Another idea would be that the zombies are actively feeding on this body until someone does something about it. TLDR? Hehe, thanks if ya did! Good post man.
