    They changed the build notes. What does that mean?

    So I've heard that you can add building into a server map as an admin. Want to more buildings that can be entered around the map with few of them, such as fire halls, grocery stores, and houses and wear houses. I heard that this new update might have that. Does it? Is there a way to do this without a mod. Also side question not a big deal. Are hmmvw in the normal dayz or is it only for rmod or in dayz+. Thanks for any help l. I appreciate it.
