Greetings, Does anyone have an alternate contact method for HFB Servers. Perhaps an email address for management. My server has now been down for over two days and they are not responding to my support tickets. I even submitted a second ticket, thinking that maybe they didn't see the first one. This is not typical of HFB in my experience. I have always had good support from them in the past. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Splinter

Thanks Statik and Geryon. That's an interesting thought regarding BEC . . . I'll have to check and see if the outages coincide with my server restarts.

Make sure you have the scheduler enabled in your Bec config file. Look for the line "# Set the path to the Scheduer.xml file", It should look exactly like this. # Set the path to the Scheduer.xml file.Scheduler = Scheduler.xml If it is currently disabled, you will notice a "#" in front of the second line. Greetings, I have a public hive server and noticed that I several vehicles that are off the edges of the map. It was my understanding that they should clean up during the server restarts, but that does not appear to be happening. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how I might correct this? Did his name happen to be zack? If so, he showed up in my SetVariable.log file as well. Greetings fellow admins, For the past 3-4 days, I'm experiencing a problem where my players are getting stuck at "Requesting Authentication" and then they get "Oops something went wrong . . . ." To resolve this, I have to restart the server. I already routinely restart the server 2x daily. However, this is now happening multiple times per day and is frustrating my players. I noticed in another thread, that the Public Hive was updated/moved to new servers in the past few days. Could this be the source of the problem? Could I have something messed up in my BE filters or server config that could be causing this? Could this be a server resource issue that I need to report to my Host? Any help and guidance would be appreciated. Regards, Splinter
