If your going to self blood bag yourself, the way I see it should be a longer process. The saline or blood bag has a percent count down so it heals over time. You don't have to stand still, but you insert it into yourself and it either has to be your hands or a vest pocket. You have to avoid strenuous actions such as sprinting for long periods or switching stances to much in a short period of time or the IV line has a chance of falling out, and losing fluid. But if you wait it out, avoid to much moving or if you walk the healing is slightly faster.

Why can't people ever do some research prior to purchasing something. Do a little googlese and thou shall receive the information one is looking for. It's not hard. We're not here to hold your hand, when you won't even lift it.

So, the Chedaki are now confirmed as apart of DayZ lore. Meaning, the USA was in Chernarus before the events of DayZ. Therefore, we can now all lay to rest why we can find Western weapons.

Bullets will ricochet, they can even pen through some walls. (My buddy was killed by a guy shooting through a tent) And I myself was hit by a ricochet from a bullet hitting the wall I was next too. Sometimes bullets will even go through one person then into someone behind them. (Got a double zombie kill with the .45, round went right through the first, the 2nd, then smacked the wall behind them.)

Mumble will give you an overlay option to see your FPS(It's like TS) I also use razer game booster to milk out a few extra FPS. I play the game with 20-25 frames and dip to about 15 frames inside big cities like elctro if there is a lot of commotion. You might be able to run the game, not very pretty or very nicely, but you might be able to play if you can bear with those kinda of frame rates.

Well, this one time, in Novy Sobor... My friend blood bagged me with my own blood from about an hour earlier. I died. It does seem random sometimes. Good thing you brought this up. I had just thought that maybe he had used his blood on me instead.

Game can't support water above sea level. That's why we see what seems to be water "objects". And I would be content if they just cut into the Chernarus earth real deep, and added a water object. But the problem with that would be varying levels of the terrain making the river look odd and uneven. You wouldn't really be able to make a bend. Come one DayZ team! We want rivers! NAIO! Or, at least sometime in the future. :D

I actually would like a hybrid system like this. Desks and such should be search able. But make it so each desk, like a container has hide and unhide + and - marker. So you need to manually click the button, and the drawer is "open" showing the available loot. I like the system in place currently, but sometimes you get random items that seem really out of place. That, and being able to "search" things adds a bit to the authentic feel of the game, and makes looting a bit more of a dangerous proposition.

When playing hero and you have to get close to someone, and don't want to run the risk of being Mike Tyson'd. I recommend keeping a Motorcycle helmet on you at all times. Break it out when you have to get close, or just wear one all the time. Won't save you from any form of real melee weapon though. But we all know not to let anyone with a weapon close, haha.

I didn't bother testing the axe, because I knew it would end up with me dead.(The wrench knocked me out 1 hit, from pristine to ruined. We were testing mainly blunt force) Nor did we try fire arms on the motor. But, we did test the combat helms ability prior with .45, and .357. At about 15-20 meters the with the combat helmet, a .45 knocked me out, and ruined the helmet and caused bleeding, but not death. The .357 from the same range was an instant execution.

Considering my buddy punched me for 3 continuous mins with no bleeding or damage to myself. Then we broke out the Combat Helm, and fell unconscious after 4-5 direct hits to the face from the punches. We then tested the Moto helm with other melee weapons. The wrench knocked me out 1 hit, and ruined the helm. We tried the bat, and that took 2 strikes to knock me out, and ruin the helmet. We did the same for the Combat helm. Punches to the back and side did nothing, but punches straight to the exposed face (Even with a gasmask) will bring you down. While the helm to the side took 2 wrench hits before being ruined, and 4 good swings of the bat (Since that bat fking sucks) to knock me out.

Turn off mouse acceleration from the cfg file I believe.

Ballistic helmet does not provide the same protection as the Moto helm from punches. Your face is uncovered, and a few well placed punches will bring you down. Tested it extensively. Punches exclusively. Was doing a bunch of tests with the both of them, and I personally feel the moto helm is the best thing to have if you have to get close, and don't want to run the risk of being punched at all.

I would like if they fixed the desync issue already. I know it's not just me. But, I died randomly today, no gunshot sounds, no bleeding, nothing. Just, died. At first I cried out hacker in anger, but I collected my thoughts and realized it could've been a desync issue, they saw me, but I did not see them. So, they promptly just shot me, with me having no way to even know what the hell happened other than you know, being dead. Just sucks, because I guess I was still in the same spot to them, but in actuality, I was moving away from where these hostiles were.

Everyone chatting about getting 1 hit KO'D. It happened to me to day when I was trying to help someone. I learned my lesson. Bring a bike helmet anytime I go out to help people. Won't save you from a smack of a wrench(Tested it today, 1 hit knockout, haha)or anything else really, but the helmet will save your ass from any Mike Tyson wannabe. School of hard knocks.

Currently there is no way to break out long animations easy. Tried to be friendly and tranfuse a dude who said he got shot. I took all the precautions, and went to transfuse him. The second I go into the animation, he punches me. I tried to jog/sprint out of the animation but yet nothing, and by the 4th punch and me sliding like 5 feet. I fall unconscious. Hell, if I could've sprinted out of the animation that would've been nice. But no, I get to slide 5 feet and continue to try to complete the animation.

Just depressing actually trying to help some one. Then being taken advantage of by game mechanics(AND an asshole). Since I was locked in the animation, with no way to un-fuck myself. :(

Preaching the lords good word to those who wash up upon the coast. Red Checked shirt and spring hunter pants, UK assault vest olive, green bandanna, hiking shoes, hunting pack. Usually run with a mosin but switched it up today with an M4, MP attachments, combat sight, bipod. 2 Coupled mags, and 1 40. FNX with red dot. Wood Axe. Basically food in the pack and my holy bibles. Standard survival equipment, can opener, canteens. The food is for those who sit through my sermons. Just 5 minutes of your time, good sirs!

Happens quite a bit. Today the game was kind of enough to spawn me back in with just my fire axe, M4, red checked shirt and no pants. Lost my pants backpack, shoes, vest.

Me and my trusty wrench today killed about 9 zombies in Berez today. If I hadn't gotten reset would never have happened. But, it was a good fight zombies you tried your hardest, but your shitty AI allowed me the time to actually hit you in the face with Mr.Wrenchy. It was a good day.
