    Guys, you need to give Ersan some slack. These are some of the best priced servers around, and whilst even I have had a few minor problems with the server, the responses that we get are quick (within allotted time frame) and dealt with appropriately. They work damn hard, and if you don't get a response within the 48hr time frame, they may be dealing with a much larger issue like random DDoS attacks, which attack a much larger customer group than your server individually. Please try to take it from their perspective, needing to allot time to work on everything and dealing with random DDoS attacks, emails, customers, additional server setups etc. Guys I love your work, will continue to be a customer for a long while.
