So, the Private Shards sound pretty cool... But when will Private Hives come along? I'm guessing after the full release?

I only server hop due to catastrophic glitches that completely halt progress and/or destroy the game for me. (Eg, logging out, only to log back in with no gear, or respawned). Hopping as a regular thing is total crap.

I think the constant birds and brush rattling in the forest may be too often, but sounds nice. The zombie sounds are a little odd, but I do think they need some new ones. And lastly, a little too windy in the houses. All in all, very nice.

I know many people disagree with this, but you can always kill yourself. Get creative with it, climb up some rocks, up a bridge, lighthouse, etc and jump, let a zombie maul you.. drink some bleach... Confront another players fists up, and lose. I know for a fact that there are a few rare spawns at Elektro and Novy.

Or maybe, they could add the option to sit down and eat. Then your player would take larger portions and not have to keep taking out the weapon/item that way?

I'd be happy with a faster cycle, maybe 3-2 hours day/night. Would make for faster, more dynamic testing!

I agree with a couple of Op's ideas... Yesterday, I was playing, ended up getting the best of everything currently available.. Fully kitted out and good to go. And while I know the game isn't fully complete with features, there does need to be more things 'to do'. Once I had everything, there was basically nothing left to do besides go around pvping, and eventually get killed some way or another to restart again. What I do like is the idea of various objectives. Similar to DayzMod, there was another zombie mod that would notify all players that a medical helicopter has crashed at X location, and it is heavily guarded by such and such. That would add a sense of urgency, and competition for those who have nothing left to do, or want a chance to snag some supplies whilst in danger from multiple enemies, etc. The current way things are are nice, I love it, just needs more goals after the fact!

Just saying, I wouldn't be surprised if that is a common cause at the moment due to all the holes currently...

Yup, just happened to me again... I spawned in, ran up into the forest where that castle is. Was looting stuff on one of the floors, and suddenly... You are dead.. with pain noise. (this is a different server). Seems like it may be a building/object collision issue...

I don't usually make conclusions, just at the time... Out in the middle of nowhere.Low population server.Far away from civilization.No gunshot noises.And I did spend a year running a DayZ Mod server, in which hackers would commonly click the kill all button... So I'm war torn from that, lol. Then... where was I exactly if it happened to be you? :huh:

Not discounting the possibility of being shot, I did hear someone opening a soda can 10 mins before then... I think it should at least provide you with how you were killed, so if you did happen to get sniped from the moon, or eaten by an invisible mountain lion, or get sucked into a blackhole.. you won't claim hacker, lol.

So, not much too it... In perfect health, fully geared, every possible thing you would want. Running through a forest casually, and my guy makes a pain noise, and falls to the ground with a black screen You are dead. Dead instantly... So, that really sucks. Pretty sure the new security patch didn't work, and the hackers just killed everyone on the server. Just posting it here to let anyone who might want to look into it know. Edit: No gunshots, no indication of human life... Aliens...?

Spotted on VA 09, Inbetween Cherno and Elektro. I have no idea what is required to repair this thing... Its on fire, and the smoke can be seen from Chern, and Elek... I was basically crying that I couldn't repair it (Just spawned in). It gave me the option to Restore A-10, but it was just myself, decked out with my cans of beans. Was this newly added? Do they actually work? Quite sad, lol.
