Also, you should be joining DayZ servers from the ARMA2 Operation Arrowhead menu, I don't think it works with regular ARMA because OA is the expansion pack that supports DayZ. -

This sounds fun, a sort of escape from all the PVPing that has taken over the mod. I'm not complaining, but this is why I like to play Wasteland every so often. Just a change in pace while still retaining the sudden adrenaline rushes from the DayZ mod that we have all grown to love. Contact me when you guys are done setting this up, and if you need any help I gladly assist you. -

Sounds fun, but I don't think an AS50 is worth 1000 zombie kills when theres that many heli crashes on that map lol xD but ya ill check it out. -
Have you tried to downgrade to a different patch? I find that you generally just want to wait for dayz commander to get updates instead of manually installing them, it insures compatability.

No, but what exactly is the problem? Are the vehicles getting damaged or something? I mean, to me this sounds like you have double the vehicles, which is awesome.

The last time I checked, there were only a few utes servers and it was hard for even an experienced vet to survive on them. On one server everyone spawned with MK 48's. Lotta fun though. BTW, I love your profile pic. -

As a matter of fact, I have over 5 hours flying in ARMA and DayZ, and while I can somewhat control an out of control heli, any average survivor would crash near immediately or have to bail out. -
You could always connect a 3.5mm (male) audio cable to your computer (plug it in your mic input) then to something like an iPhone or laptop (plugged into the audio out), then play the audio off of that, then you could play music while still playing game sound.

This is probably your best bet. Sniper rifles and LMG's are the best, DMR, M14, M24, etc. do decent damage to the engine/tail. -

Well the vote has increased to Chernarus, and someone offered me a chance for a private hive server with 300+ vehicles, daylight 24/7, and an average of 15 players online, so message me (reference this post) on what your opinion on this is.

Which is better Taviana, Namalsk, Panthera, or Oring?

Namalsk used to reign supreme because of the map size, however with the ton of crap that was added (nuke-thingy, bloodsuckers) it just plain isn't fun anymore. Taviana is my favorite map because of the constant player contact, several airfields, and crap ton of vehicles. -
This is a good idea, and I think they should keep the current boosts (hero's run faster, bandits have better aim) too.
