    Being friendly is for people who like to hang out on the coast, in Novo/Berenzino. If they get killed they don't lose anything really, they spawn just 2 minutes away from where they died and if they find other friendlies they have their fun.

    I've played on 75 players server in DayZ mod. If I've stayed away from military zones, Airfields or Electro then I would not have meet any player for days. That said, 70 players Standalone server will have 68 players in Berezino.

    m4 with infinite mag is probably one of the coolest items in game. Many will miss them when they get removed.

    In DayZ mod you could knock out/kill players by throwing cans/bottles on them.

    Btw. Is it possible to get banned for browsing website that offers hacks? It is possible that by opening such site it stealth installs hacks/programs that get you banned in game? And I am not advocating browsing hack sites or anything, just want to know to be safe in the future.

    I quickly googled "can you get banned for browsing hack site VAC" and "can you get banned for browsing hack site" and the answers were mostly yes, you can get banned while browsing hack site while having your game running *if* you browse site that has been classified as site that sells subscription based hacks.

    Also ~2 dayz ago on experimental server I saw a guy with nick "Administrator' getting global banned. Assuming it was actual experimental server admin then there might be some false-positive bans going around and maybe your global ban will be lifted soon.

    Standalone has much better performance then the mod. But again Standalone don't has ~700 zombies running around on 55 players servers like the mod.

    I'm currently awaiting a response from them. In the meantime, I'm banned from DayZ and Arma 3. In the past when I've scoffed at people who were "banned for no reason", I now fully rescind said scoffs. Worst anti-cheat ever. If I was going to cheat, it sure as fuck wouldn't be on the Steam account in which I have 150 or so games. If they don't reply, that's it for me and BI. <3 EDIT: It was a good run: Were you using any 'FPS booster" programs? Do you had some cheat engine for other games on your computer? Were you browsing suspicious hack sites while having your DayZ running minimized? Do you had some edited .pbo files, maybe from the past you forgot to replace?

    And so did at least 100 players before you. "Empty" servers are prime target by server hoppers. They might by empty or have 1-2 players on them but there is 10 server hoppers logging out and in ever minute.
