I was actually surprised how "quickly" they took care of that exploit along with bandwidth exploit. As for the new night time it needs a fix because when you crank up alpha players actually starts to "glow" and you can spot them like with some kind of heat vision a'la predator or thermal scope. No yellow chains either anymore. PS. They should work now on poor mans NVG's hue.

You can have "social elements" with people that you need, like with people in mmoprg when you need them to raid some dungeon with. Having "social elements" with random players that you meet in DayZ is like having social elements with mosquitoes or cockroaches.

Corrupted badmins and servers with 500 helicopters, self blood bag, 1000 vechicles aside, Sooner or later (but most likely sooner) private servers will start offering donator gear loadouts just like in DayZ mod and this is really bad for the game. -
I'll take triggers from every gun in military areas but leave the gun, so server hoppers can rage.

No. Stopped reading there. PS. Best thing Standalone do is actually getting rid of a*h* admins with admin powers of spawning loot and seeing all players. I hope admins will never get any powers ever in Standalone. -

On 40 player server only like 4 will have a vehicle. So sooner some stamina/fatigue system is in game the better.

Should have used the stairs....oh waiit :D Stairs and ladders are known player killers since day 1. Wait for official fix. Until then don't use them or risk yer life. Alpha hue.

There is couple of big threads with ideas about stamina/fatigue/encumbered/item weight etc etc I hope they get applied to the game in near future.

Try to move away from each other for about 2kilometers, relog, meet up. Maybe this will help. Because what you experiencing is a common issue of player network bubble bandwidth overload. PS. I do not have guns (Europe lol) but I tried to run with loaded backpack like in DayZ. S* s* Glad I didyn't had baked beans cans in my pants.

I've tried playing hardcore but I do get a claustrophobic feeling after ~2 hours of playing, dunno why :S -
Yeah. F* hardcore. I had to stop because of that too, one more sneak zombie attack from behind and I would die from heart attack. Also character breathing and running sounds gets too loud after ~1hour of playing

remove all set launch options that you set

Setting launch parameters doesn't work good for me but edditing this .cfg helped except that I had to go lower with sceneComplexity to 50000, viev 1000 and prefered obcject at 800. Graphic took massive kick in the balls but at least now I have enought FPS to competate in a multiplayer.
