About 3 weeks ago I was still playing DayZ mod on one of most popular servers and daily there were about 6 people getting global banned by battle eye. Some of them twice and thrice when they bought new game to have new cd-key. Just sayin.

But you can drink from ponds with bare hands. You probably were near undrinkable pond, like those small ones south from NEAF, those near crashed tanker etc. -
This is only explanation of that, that hacks that you have to pay for are always one step ahead of battle eye, VAC etc.

Suicide option? Everyone will just kill themselves over and over untill they get either Balota, Berazino or Nowy Sobor spawn. Afterthought: Maybe if suicide option would be avaiable to you after 15 or so minutes of playing then it would be alright I think.

I start to think that there may be hidden weapon quality and some people have weapons in good/pristine shapes and some have damaged/ruined (but it do now shows, yet).

I confirm the zombies going under map and poping out sometimes and attacking. Let's call them burrowers?

I also think that how healthy (how hungry and thirsty) is your character has the most impact on how accurate you shoot.

It let you move gun around more without moving your character body.

This may be possible. Now my character is breathing out mist, weather is cloudy and I think he got thirsty way sooner then when weather were nice and sunny. -
How can we make a players life more important than his gear?

It's simple only one way to do it: Skill system. For exemple, the longer you live, the better and expirenced you are at shooting, meaning better accuracy with m4 etc. In future maybe you are better at getting more meat from rabbits, can live longer without needing to drink/eat by getting toughter over time etc. -
step 1. Get into barracks/military building step 2. Switch servers, pref. for empty or low pop ones step 3. ??? step 4. Collect all the weapons you want
