I know they try to make the game real life with the movement in first person it just gets annoying. -
Map and city signs is what you would do in real life.

I use first person mainly if I can't get a good look at a tent or under a crash site. The visual in 3rd person is wider for me. -

Watching YouTube videos you can walk inside the volcano without taking damage. -
It's a realistic survival game. In real life your not gonna have letters come up under you telling you where you are.
