Just like you we were tired of working hours and hours to just have your fun ruined by cheaters, hackers and lag. So we decided that we were going to take on the burden of creating and maintaining some of the best gaming arenas around. With the mix of Live stream admin support, dedicated map coder and high end hardware we have created just that. In just over two weeks we have had over three-thousand three-hundred unique players on our Taviana server alone so needless to say all of the hard work has really paid off. We are now currently ranked # 16 on game trackers and are pushing to hold two of the top 5 spots. Future plans : With the release of our Gaming Website LongDistanceGaming.net coming up we are planning on expanding our server list and increase our community. So far what we have changed and added: New Vehicles such as Choppers ( different skinned Hueys , Black and grey litte birds, mi17 without rockets and the SeaHawk ) and we have added in a few HumV and ATV spawns New Weapons : We have added in the Lapuna and are planning on adding in some different models of g36's New Barracks and places of interest With all of these changes we have made our Taviana server an intense massively populated war for survival. We have clans with over 10 members battling it out on a daily basis. The additions made to the map are quite pleasing, and really add a great change from the run-of-the-mill default setup. The loot rates seem to be quite good for low to mid tier weaponry, and very good for tools and food. A definite recommend for fans of Chernarus looking for a strong expansive community, and a twist to the "usual". We have one of the smoothest Taviana servers out, 300 vehicles and lots of pvp. We have attracted a great community not only from our stream but just our population. Our Lingor 2.0 Server is now live and working great come enjoy the smooth and hacker free gameplay. Just wanted to give you guys a update on what we have been doing and some changes you will see in the coming days. We have been trying to figure out what was causing the lag on Taviana after a certain amount of hours played and we have narrowed it down to a few things and we have improved the overall performance of the server. Now that we have server security and stability locked down we are working on the aesthetics to improve and spice up the game-play. Some of the changes we are looking to make today and tomorrow are going to be to the vehicle and weapon verity. We feel that these changes are going to make the every day game-play that much better and give some veterans something new to search for. Long Distance Gaming is hosting a DayZ Chernarus Map Map additions So we have decided to make a few additions to the Chernarus map. We have added a fire station, school, general store to Kemenka. The reason behind this is to give players that are new spawns a chance to get a few things before venturing out into other areas of the map. In Belota we now have two new enterable military barracks and some new buildings. The reason for this was to add some more big points of interest to the map so that the airfields are not the only things that the big teams are going to be going for. Novy Sabor now has a hospital and the reason for this is to give players alternate routes for medical supplies. North East Airfield has received an extra two barracks and an industrial building to give the player with some es that do actually get out alive extra loot chances. We also have made a few minor changes such as a hotel in Electro and other misc buildings to freshen up the surroundings for the returning Chernarus veterans. We have also added refueling to the gas stations :) We have been working on our vehicle situation because people were suggesting that there just wasn’t enough around. We have added at least 4 extra chopper spawns / and another 7 car spawns :) ( each crew is only allowed 1 chopper / 1 ural / 2 extra cars ) Forums for Long Distance Gaming are up and running.
