I can't say I'm enjoying the influx of new posters who are coming here solely to bitch about the latest patch. You bought an early alpha, you knew what you were getting into.

I dunno, I've made a few friends from holding someone up. And how does he know you have nothing? I've killed freshies and found they had pants and hoodies full of food and water bottles. Also, still failing to see how this has anything to do with Frankie beyond the accent.

Zombies have always attacked you when you logged in, the game doesn't move anything so you're safe on log in. Server time was off from launch, they changed something to let servers alter time but that seems to have gotten FUBAR'd. Little food and drink makes sense. Lots of hats and tools, uhhh I guess I have no logic for this except everyone was a handyman with an extensive hat collection.

So, you're complaining about getting killed by a sniper because you didn't have the chance to engage them. Isn't that the point of a sniper, to kill something without risking being engaged?

I've had the same FPS I had before patch. Except in Svet, mine bit the dust up there but was fine in Krasno and Berez

Fixing painted Mosins. I get it, its a sin to tarnish such a wonderful gun. But dammit! I WANT MY 5 SHOTS BACK.

So yeah, this bug first showed up in the experimental build as was reported a few times from there. Annoying that they let the patch ship with that bug still in there. Lost my Mosin to it today because I figured they woulda fixed that.

I think the engine is part of the charm. It feels like a Bohemia game. Plus, what fun is DayZ without the chance of getting ArmA'd?
