Okay, so I've never really used PP because when I first joined ArmA everyone told me not to use post processing. Well, I decided to enjoy a few hours on Ultra settings(I usually play on High, but I'm almost always averaging 57 FPS in the woods and mid 40's to mid 30's in the city). So, I decided to jack up EVERYTHING. Including PP. And I thought it actually looks better with PP. Sure, it may be a bit blurry, but I turned it down to Normal and it looks pretty nice. The trees look fuller, lines and textures seem smoother, and even tracers look nicer(limited to arma). Anyways, what do you think? Do you use PP? Do you think the blurriness can be ignored? Do you think it looks better? Are you one of those assholes with really good PC's that play with everything on Low because you think you need the extra "frames"(I'm not a big fan of those).

I still have everything but Post Processing(Normal) at High and I still average between 55 and 60 FPS in even Medium sized towns. And I have a pretty mid end(7870, 8320) rig, and with these settings it looks absolutely awesome. Also, I use MSAA instead of FXAA because I think MSAA looks better.

Now you must find the Cap'ns Breakfast cereal...once I get the community to like me a bit more and beat R4ZOR into submission. Sounds like a good idea, right? Cap'ns Crunchy Nuts, or Cap'ns Choco Pebbles.

Meh, I'd go to that castle near the coast. Its near a few smaller rural towns and you can follow roads to Stary or Berezino if you choose so.

I'd like to keep Chernarus a 2nd world country. Modern, but still recovering from the Soviet days were it was a poorly funded satellite state with limited rights. If you've played the ArmA 2 campaign, Chernarus is actually trying to become a democracy and a world power, and I believe it has become a member of NATO by the time of Combined Operations. Also, I'd actually like to see Rocket develop new maps based of other parts of Chernarus(we're playing in a province), like Miroslavi or the capital Novigrad(there is actually a fan made Miroslavi map).

I don't use free look enough. Does that make me a heretic?

I came to it through CHKilroy, who was also responsible for me coming to ArmA 2(late 2010). I remember his series, The Days Ahead. I was mesmerized. Never before have I been this obsessed about getting into a game. I downloaded the mod, and ended up in this hellhole with my favorite people on the internet.

I don't know why but I wish to avoid whitelisting for Balota Buddies. I got a pretty good server, Dallas 420. I've met Levisky and a few others there, good server.

I say high. You got a quad core CPU so you should had no trouble handling all high, the GPU is pretty much identical to a GTX 650 Ti and the mobile i7 is like a higher end i3.
