Hey, remeber the ten billion GAZ's I crashed all over Musty? It'll be that all over again.

Well, I've been salivating over the thought of having a double barrel shotgun. I've found a Mosin, two or three M4's, and multiple FN's. But the gun I want the most I still can't find. Does anyone around here have it? Is it any good? Can you saw it off and go Bruce Campbell on zombie's asses? And if you have one, I'd be willing to trade... plz :(

Misleading title. Kill this thread. For the good of us all.

This is a story of my first three player kills (all at once). Enjoy: With eight of us all in teamspeak and trying to locate each other, it was quite hectic. We decided on Balota, and every single one of us converged on it from a separate direction. Skat3, the first to enter Balota, gets trapped in a house surrounded by three guys. I move up- slow and quiet. They yell over direct chat "We're gonna get you boy!" "Come out, come out, wherever you are!". His life in danger, and outnumbered three to one, I take matters into my own hands. I break into sprint, scale a short fence and quickly take them by surprise. The first guy with a kitchen knife takes a swing, misses, and I take a good chunk out of his shoulder with my hatchet. I proceed to wack the second, an Asian fellow with a fire extinguisher. He backs off, and the largest of the three charges me with a shovel. We get into a nasty brawl, and he lands two hits on me. But alas, he is no match for my superior weapon. I dispatch him, and turn around to see the Asian rear back with his fire extinguisher, ready to strike. I wack him twice, and he falls over dead. The final thug is crawling away, broken legs and bleeding. I stroll casually up to him- "BODY ODOR BLOCKING POWER- GO!". And finish him off. And that is why you don't screw with my friends.

A little background: Me and GOD were cruising shit and killing bitches, and when we reach Krasnostav and NE GOD finds himself some rubbing alcohol. He reads alcohol as "booze" and proceeds to drink it. Five minutes later, after violent puking and diaherria, he dies. As a rule of thumb, if you wouldn't eat or drink it in real life, DON'T EAT OR DRINK IT IN GAME. Stay frosty my lambs.

Novigrad could be a wee bit more Western than the rest of the country, and it'd provide great urban combat. Miroslavl would also finally provide a river everyone's been bitching about. I would be very unhappy if they didn't expand Chernarus. They have so much material for the background, land and shit. It'd be a waste.

I've had a couple of ideas I wanted to share, and I very much hope someone working on the project might have a gander. Here they are: When you gut any kind of game, it's common knowledge that you hang it up first before you cut it. It's a hell of a lot easier IRL, and it'd feel a lot more authentic if we had to drag our freshly killed deer & boar to a shed and hang it up for cutting. If your weapon doesn't come with an attachment rail, what if you could duck tape a scope to it? Or make a makeshit bayonet that degrades faster than a normal bayonet. To add increased attachment to your gear, you should be able to engrave on the weapon itself. When some one picks up that weapon after killing you, they engravings carry over. With the addition of Utes off of Skalisty and no vehicles on release, why not make a bridge from the mainland to Skalisty to Utes to make the task a little less daunting? Also, to add increased difficulty, why not spawn military weapons in pieces? Say, if I get lucky and score an M4 receiver, I need to find the rest of the gun parts for it to function properly. Some guns could require less parts, like an AK. Others, such as the M4, would require a good deal of parts to assemble. Also, because we are playing in CHERNARUS, why not implement CDF camo instead of the US gear? It doesn't make sense why we're finding US tactical shit in a former Soviet state, aye? CDF smocks shouldn't be hard to model, you already have the camo pattern in ArmA 2.

I...I...I can't even comprehend how you think that. Guess what? It's actual melee now. Not a "pistol" with an axe texture. No, it hits were you swing. So, even when you ignore the fact that it has improved animations, I still can't comprehend how you can possibly consider it "worse".

I don't understand why people like this. It's just him telling us how much of an asshole he is. And the hypocrisy of it is astounding. Speaking of cowards and using 3rd person to observe him behind cover: bit contradicting, don't ya think? And did this guy deserve the treatment? Shure, he may be bad, but that doesn't justify going out of your way to be a dickbag. I wonder how lovely Standalone will look on highest graphics. Probably fappable.

Awful: Laptops with integrated graphics made by intel tend to suck ass. If you want to get a decent integrated GPU, go AMD...but it still won't be as good as a dedicated graphics on a laptop. Also, rule of thumb. A laptop GPU tends to be equal to the desktop version two model numbers down (example: GTX 660M is similar to a GT 640)

Well, it would be a dumb move not to use it. They could make some documents, not like it's going to hinder any development. They're already making entire books, maybe we could have articles in Chernarussian history.
