if you ever need a hand with anything there is an in depth install guide that i made as part of my server post. Just click the wording in my signature to go to our forum page install instructions are in the Oiriginal Post(if required they can easily be followed backwards to reverse the process no matter how you load up dayZ)

not quite true... if you check our server out which does require rmod active then want to load up a none rmod server then all you have to do is load up arma2 go to expansions and de tick the @rmod expansion. this means you can go between rmod and normal servers all the time. its how we switch from our server to a utes server for some quick games allowed us to keep all files in place and just choose when we need to load it in.

This is tonight job AI idea has been DROPPED. Difficulty of new city will be increased by zombie hordes. The new city is going to get a rundown abandoned military checkpoint... JUST A CHECKPOINT NOTHING OP. For those that want to know in game terms its 2-3 military buildings with only 1 spawn loot location each at a 15% chance to spawn loot. SO NOT AN OP LOCATION AT ALL. Its actually less worthwhile than a firestation. I will also be increasing the zombie count at the city by about 50-80 zombies depending on player numbers nearby, making the new city Grolchnik (021,071) near enough impossible to solo and shooting an un-silenced weapon = suicide. AGAIN FOR THOSE WORRYING THIS SERVER WILL NOT BE IMPLEMENTING OP MILITARY BASES OR ANYTHING THAT THE PLAYERS VOTE AGAINST. THE CHANGES ARE AND WILL ONLY BE TO MAKE THE MAP MORE EXPLORABLE AND CREATE SOME NEW "REALISTIC" PLACES TO LOOT.

####SERVER UPDATES#### DAY AND NIGHT CYCLE HAS NOW BEEN RE ADDED TO THE SERVER all nights are now full moon though so its not longer absolutely 100% required to have night vision to play now.. new spawns can easily see at night see the screen shots below. DEATH MESSAGES FIXED now it is impossible to find out who killed you from the death message they still say the following ----- [GBYC] EvilBunny was killed with DMR from 489.957M but now the message isnt printed from the killers channel its printed from the victims so no idea who took shot anymore see the screen shots below FULL MOON NIGHT DEATH MESSAGE FIX ALSO FIXED IS THE RESTRICTION SCRIPT #85 WHEN TRYING TO FIRE GAZ VODNIK WEAPONS. BOTH MOUNTED GUNS NOW WORK.

hahaha maybe so ... the carnage last time there was about 280 dead bodies everywhere ... it was maddness lol. quick map restart though and 60 secs later all bodies gone and ammo creates for the event were emptied so the down time is like nothing.. the event runs for hours mate.. so you may join the last hour or so but either way the events are on every week... so you will get to jon them soon enough lol

met some great new people last night... was well cool.. hope to see more of you.. especially tomorrow wen there is a pvp event
