the lowest mid 2010 i5 2,8 quadcore ATI HD Radeon 5750 4GB RAM

i play DayZ on an iMac 2010 via Bootcamp, works fine for me, but i cant play on 1440p

i had this to and i think i know whats wrong. if you change the server or relog and if you spawn with a new character dont move and relog again. most of the time you should get back your old character. my friend got this issue yesterday and he relogged 2-3 times but didnt got his character back and he stopped playing for the day. A day later he logged in back and had this old character. so the issue might be that the server lose the connection to the hive and cannot ask the data base if you have already a character, so you get a new one. but if you dont play with the new character the server will not overwrite it if the connection to the data base is back. that means if you lose your character to a server change or relog just make a break and wait a bit.

Hi There are many server which are abused to farm gear - especially night server. there are only 5 up to 10 ppl online and 90% of them are at balota to loot the tents and barracks. so what about a "match-making" system like CoD MW 2 for example. You set up the server Options, someting like "Day Only Server" or "Firstperson only". In the lobby you can invite your friends and then connect just via click on play to a server. The "match-making" system let you connect to server A untill its full, then server B, server C. and so on.... with this system we would have 10 full server instead of 200 server with only 2 players and nobody can use dead server to farm equip to KoS you on full servers. Edit: dont get me wrong. and iam not talking about the same system like in CoD if you are alone and all server A , B , C are full then you dont have to wait for another 39 player. you join the server D and start playing.

why should i run 30 minutes from balota to the NWAF if i can just relog on another server ... Respawn could reduce it but not much. the chance to get loot on an emty server is still higher and - more important - safer. interaction with other players is what this game makes it to the game it is. its much more important than zombis in my opinion. maybe they could add this system only for public hive and let the private hive like it is. thats why u give them the option to choose - day/night/normal" server and some settings like i said and with this system, there is no server hopping anymore :) you should be able to create a lobby, invite your friends and join as group on a server

that he didnt fixxed body disappearing instant makes me so so so so so sad :( now he takes so much time to release the update. iam waiting harder for this patch than for the alpha -.-

Hey i would like to see more mousespeed options in the future normal-thirdperson, normal-firstperson, zoom-thirdperson, zoom-firstperson, scope, my mousespeed is set up for thirdperson and if i switch to firstperson or scope its to fast.

Hey Guys There is a Server with the name " join and you get kick/ ban " when i joined this server after i died on a regular server i spawned in Novy Sobor. thats in the middle of the map. after 4 mins they kicked me, but no ban xD is this Server modified ? i thought its only possible to spawn at the coast ?

i found "5 roundstrip" once 2-4 hours before the wipe patch. looks like it was an item to fast reload the mosin but i couldnt try it. anyone know if its still in the game ? maybe also where can i find it ?

can you kill someone ? maybe you could load the experimental version of the game log on the server to wipe your char

do you need to install the whole game on the ramdisk ? that means atm u would need 6 GB free ram space to try it ?

go down with your resoultion and tell if its still delayed if i play on 1080p its feels delayed on 720p its fine, except that the mouse is not 1:1 ratio :( but thats the games fault :o

has sound suppressor kit an effect yet ? are there negative aspects if i let a bipod activated all the time?

Yeah maybe Counter-Strike is not realistic in controll, but it feels more realistic than the mouse delay in DayZ. DayZ is like GTA on that drug pill.
