so a little update for you guys :) wjhen we have a solid amount of players we'll be going whitelist.... and adding loads of cool mods to the server, like microlights, rideable horses etc etc :) !

we're gonna take out the AI int he next day or so , seems people cant handle pvp and ai at the same time haha

Hey Guys ! if you remember us making a post before with our old server which was non pvp :( ! then you will remember some of the awesome things we had on our server ! NOW !! WE'RE BACK WITH A PVP SERVER !!! We Have : Over 700+ Lootable Buildings : Each building is accessable with loot in it , these include , barracks , new castles , a completely new city up next to the NWAF , NWAF Revamp , NEAF Revamp ! these include new barracks ands buildings in both places ! also dotted around the map are new buildings but thats for you guys too find ! and have fun with :) Dogs ! : Yep !! thats right, DOGS !!! these can be your friend if you have positive humanity but will attack players with negative humanity , they can board vehicles ( cars , boats, choppers etc ) and dont take up a player space , they'll attack zombies and players ! they bark and alert you to AI , Zombies and Players all within 100 metres of you ! who said a dog wasnt a mans best friend ? ! And if you're really hungry, why not eat your dog? it can be done... lol ! Custom Skins ! : Sign up for our website http://thewalkingchernarus.co.uk/ once you have been on the server you can then ask for your Special Key to input onto your control panel on the website, which will then give you access too custom skins of your choice and can change as often as you like, whenever you like with just 2 clicks ! , now .... the more you play on the server and the more your humanity changes it will unlock more skins for you too choose from ! why not come see for yourself? .... rMod Changes : We have put in weapons and vehicles with Rmod ! we've input Heavily armoured vehicles , vodnik ambulances , Humvees ( although they're now put in with the 1.7.5.1 update ) Chinook with heavylift capabilities ( let your imagination go wild with this one lol ) Kamaz's ( these are like URAL's but better ! ) And we've also input weapons from the rmod , mk16's mk17's etc etc, these are found wreckages and care packages ! so keep your eyes peeled ! House Lighting and City Lighting : We've put house lighting into the server as we run 6 hour restarts... 4 hours daylight, 2 hours night time, this gives you the chance to go do your raids ! its only fair ! Now ... we have also put in more lightable barrels around citys which you can find and light your way around a city to guide you in the darkness if you're unlucky not to have NV Goggles , AI : We've put in AI bandit patrols around the map as an " element of surprise " ! so say you're sneaking up on the NWAF and pop ! you're dead...was it a player? was it AI ? .... you'll never know ! we've also taken it upon ourselves to decrease the so called more " overpowered " weapons, AS50's M107's L85 AWS etc ! this stops people camping in elektro/cherno and just killing random folk ...and also makes them look for the things instead of chopper crashes ! :) One more thing guys...you will need to download Rmod to play on this server ! so why not download it, pop on our teamspeak and come get some game on ? ! 2 day crazy bonanza , of 20 choppers and loads of armoured cars ! just for the sh*ts and giggles , we're basically moving to a new server in the next day or 2 , and thought we'd give something back for the folks playing on our server , as you probably have already seen, we have 500+ buildings ( 90% lootable ) custom skins from the whole of arma 2 ( ask for it in the server we'll apply it to your character ) new weapons and a new improved NWAF and NEAF ,3 huge A.I camps ( between 20 - 100 A.I at each camp ) and also around 18 random roaming AI patrols ( all heavily armoured ) all packing heat LOL ! yeah you have 300+ AI to go fight aswell as there is PVP allowed as in somebody tries to threaten you , you're allowed to protect yourself, basically the no pvp is for people to build up weapons in time for the pvp even at weekends , we do allow however players to kill other players if they threaten their camps or steal anything from that person..... you should defo come along and check out the map anyway :) you might actually find it ok and enjoy the AI running around trying to kill you, they shoot on sight so ...its good fighting as they're heavily armed !

anytime ! its the way we work ! fun times aswell as some PVP to make it a little more realistic ! hopefully a few more people take a look at this and come have a little nosey for themselves :)

Hi guys, we run a server which provides no pvp aswell as pvp 3 days per week with active admins etc.... weve recently added in over 500 buildings, aswell as revamped the NEAF and NWAF , and loads of other little gems hidden around the map, our current server is in guinea pig mode , but we'll be moving over to our brand new whitelist in around 5/7 days ... so if you guys want to come on and play around , if you like it, stay , if not then tell us why , we'd happily take the feedback from you guys :) as i said, friendly server, with a Teamspeak and Website , loads of new buildings ( all lootable ) more vehicles ( some armoured ) and some new weapons, also decreased the weapon spawn rates of the " overpowered " rifles so to say ! We also have AI running around the map , so if you fancy some gun battles, then why not go hunt them down? We have also put some camps for you guys to move straight into around the map , find them , its yours !
