M4A3 M203 Holo SD is in game as well. -
Awkwardly contacting trees or rocks or other random tidbits can sometimes trigger damage. I've knocked myself out and killed myself by prone rolling into a tree or running into one while sprinting.

Its funny when you can tell someone bought ARMA just for DayZ when they don't understand how to use a non-zeroed sniper
