Well haven't really been playing the new patch yet, so the clips aren't full anymore? So i can find a half full mag? So then they should obviously have implemented the ability to combine magazines... So if you have 2 half full mags you get one full one. If they havent well thats a minus for the patch, but love everything else :) And antibiotics.... So i stockpiled those for a reason!

Hiked past Stary Sobor yesterday, hunting something to drink, but didnt want to enter the town so ran under some distance from it... I had my night vision on and spotted some zombies around the town. I mostly leave others players alone, but as i was in much need of a drink i decided to take him out. Got down on the ground under some bushes and equipped my DMR. (love this thing purely for the ability to scout with night vision), Saw him move out of a building and pause and look around. Took my shot and another and down he went... Waited 8.10 min to check if he had any friends, but my drink icon started to blink so i had ti risk it. Crawled myself out to his body and oh oh oh... Coyote backpack, and in it an L85A2 AWS and an M4! AND SOMETHING TO DRINK!(at the moment this seemed more important than anything... as my backpack was nearly empty i switched it and took his gun (m9sd) and ammo..... But later i got to thinking..... Is'nt the L85A2 AWS been removed from the game? The reason i'm asking is that i dont know when it was removed as i only started just before christmas. So do i have to dump it? And the other weapons as they are most likely spawned to? Just a relatively new player wondering if i can be banned for this.. :) Hope my english isnt to hard to read trough, since its not my first language, and its been 20 hours without sleep. - Gernia PS: DK if this is the right forum for this... if it is i apologize and feel free to move me to the right section admins ;)

Hi there all dayz ppl :) Was on North East Airfield looking for some weapons when i spotted an player running round, as he had a full ghillie suit and i only had camo clothing, and i had been looking for a ghille for some time i decided to take him down. He was inside the hangars and stopped for a moment. I took aim with my dmr and popped off two shots... When the first bullet hit he, started collapsing then the second one hit his torso. He hit the ground for 1/5 second and then disappeared... I could see the blood from the 2 shots pouring out 1 sec before that to disappeared.. So im just wondering how the **** is that possible. This was a (most likely) Hs and body shot from 500m dmr. If it was a hs thats insta death and if not the second bullet hit like 1/5s after that... Plz any way to prevent this from happening or was i just unlucky?

Well, you have to think of pro and cons of using a ghillie... if you are going into town there is (nearly) no use for it and u drop it of at base... Or put it in backpack.. There should be some urban camo clothes... Well il have to go to cherno again and look for a ghillie. Going to dump all my gear and make a run for it :) wish me luck ^^ And ty for all the answers, but really wanna know if they loose all their gear? Or they will just have to run for an hour.

Well he still died... So well lost an assault rifle and a ghillie suit, for me not a big problem... mostly my two dear bullets... and his day went to hell... Did his body spawn on the next server he joined or did it disappear totally? ( so he cant reclaim his gear=) Or did i just waste my bullets? And weren't this fixed? like i cant abort after i shoot someone because my gun icon flashes red.

Nah not interested in trade ftm. Have ha chopper, atv, offroad pickup and an motorcycle stashed around the map at my camps.. maybe inn a couple of days.. Nah i wasnt on a password protected server, was a DE20 something. :P so maybe someone else... Just killed another dude at the NW airfield(this is fun.. will try not to become a bandit) and hit him in the head chest.... and he insta despawned... Is this a common occurrence?

Yeah :) I find it pretty useless, so I'm going to give it to a friend so he can spot ppl far away (hes a noob so great help at the start so he wont be taken down by snipers) And didn't want him to get banned for something i gave him :) Thx for quick answer.

What i do at a new spawn is that i make a run for the nearest supermarket,(i i get hit by a sniper well yeah cost me 5 min gametime) and get a better backpack and food/water, and maybe a pistol and a tent. If i am in Cherno or Elektro go to the firestations(and the medical tents in Cherno) And im geared up :) After this the paranoia starts.... Sitting in a bush and waiting 5 min since i think i saw a player, and stuff like that yeah... Yeah bring lots of water, and a knife/hatchet/matches is great advice... U can survive in the wilds for days if you have a couple of water bottles to :) And offtopic: New video damn need to see that.

Well i have 2 FN Fals, 2 m9 bizon, camo clothing suit, 2fal and 2bizon mags. Just wondering what the different stuff was worth...

Hi there :) As a newb to the forum i hope this thread is in the right place. Well, to the problem. Me and my friend have been playing Dayz for a couple of weeks. Yesterday he gave me a blood transfusion, and got kicked immediately afterwards. He got kicked instantly from servers when trying to join, error 41 or 45. After some searching around the internet i came to the conclusion that this was because he had attained the hero skin. In a lot of threads, they said to contact the admin and ask them to update, (most of these treads were about a month or two old so i do not know if this answer is still relevant) So anyone know if i have to contact the admin or is this another problem with battle eye? If i want to contact the admin, how do i do it? The server name is DE1001 hosted by gamed!de [X3] eXhale-gaming.eu If not is there an easy way to fix this? I really want to continue to play on this server as i have an ATV and a good camp :/ Thanks for any help guys... love this mod :) Gernia
