Can I Run DayZ Mod? (POST HERE)

I already get pretty good fps's on medium settings on 1080p, with my current setup. But I'm wondering what will enable me to run it on high settings, with max viewing distance. I feel like max viewing distance would give the greatest advantage. I'm guessing I'd have to bite the bullet and, as you said, upgrade both to a 3570k & 770 to accomplish this.

Can I Run DayZ Mod? (POST HERE)

Hey all! I'm going to upgrade my pc very soon. I currently have an i5-3350p and a Radeon 7850. Do you guys think I should upgrade my CPU (say to a 3570k), or upgrade my GPU (to maybe a GTX 770). Which will see a bigger payoff - more fps's? Would upgrading one component bottleneck the other? I believe that DayZ utilizes CPU power more than GPU power - but the standalone might be evening this out? Thanks! :)
