A friend and I inadvertantly duplicated NVGs. What happened was he apparently dropped his backpack by mistake while looting a body, but still managed to take and equip the body's NVGs. When he finally reached me, I asked to try them out. He opened my backpack and tried to put them directly in. The NVG count increased in my bag, but his didn't disappear (so we both ended up with NVGs). On top of that, presumably because he was wearing a ghillie suit at the time, I also received one in my inventory. We were pretty spooked at the time, and fearing a ban, I dropped both the duplicate NVGs and the ghillie suit and we continued on. I'm wondering, though, if BattlEye will still ban me for this, as I'm sure all it really sees is an item ID being inconsistent or duplicated or something by x player. Anyone got any idea if I'm safe?
