    Mine actually happened tonight. I was playing on the Namalsk server, just found a DMR and had plenty of loot, was rather excited so decided to head out of the bunker I was in. I reached the top of the ladder, but crouched so I wouldn't attract as many zombies, however I fell down the hole in the floor and since I was already pretty low on blood I died. I sat at the "YOU ARE DEAD" screen for a few minutes then Alt+F4'd. It was a rather sad experience for me. :/
