So I have been trying to decide for about a week now if I should purchase DayZ. The game looks interesting and I really like team based games like this. Helping other people get things accomplished is my thing. So after several hours of heavy research, Frankie videos, and wikis I was ready to buy.....until I came to the forums. It seems that a lot if people die to other players, with no questions asked. That is a real turn off. It seems like this game my be counter productive to my own intentions. I'm not saying I didn't expect some players to be like this, but it seems that many players say close to 90% of the players do this!!! So now I'm really on the fence about this game, after the stories I have heard. Please can anyone shed some light on this subject? I would hate to waste $30.00 on CoD, which I already own lol. -Not sure if this is the right section. -Sorry for grammars error if found.

I see your point, but like I said I would like a good mixture off both, not simply the 90% bandit rate i heard about. By your statement I'm going to assume the type of player you are....still leaving me with some questions.
