    Should he have died?

  2. Dot dot dot to you too.

    Should he have died?

Two shots in the right place would kill them, but you just sprayed into the smoke hoping to hit him. You shot him in the belly, not much harm done, then the recoil sent your shots over his head. I can't believe you're just going full auto with the M4, it has such a low caliber - there's utterly no point if you aren't going to try to be accurate. If you want EZ kills from spray and pray, stick to something high caliber (Like the AKM) or a bullet hose like the MP5.

    Should he have died?

Nope, you're just a horrible shot. Stick with a bullet hose like the MP5 or PDW, you are not fit to use that rifle.
  5. Currently if you kill someone ingame, you will be immediately notified of it by receiving a murder or a bandit kill in the debug monitor. I don't think this should be the case - moreover, I don't think bodies should have the "flies" sound surrounding them. -If you change how the system currently works, killing someone will become much more tense than it already is. You will have no way to know if the person you shot is dead or just grievously wounded/unconscious. This brings in the possibility for mind games like playing dead. You will literally have to pump round after round into the person, then go check their pulse to make sure they are dead. -Additionally, if dead bodies make no "flies" sounds, you will have no way of knowing if an area is dangerous (someone being killed recently) other than by directly seeing the body. This will keep people on their toes. -This could indirectly hinder practices like sniping, as people from 800m away will not be able to tell if they have secured a kill or not. They will be reluctant to waste their high value ammo on a target that already looks like he is dead, not to mention firing a second shot to finish someone off (who might not even need to be finished off) could give away the snipers position, as the first shot is usually not enough to precisely locate someone. Snipers would have to be more careful, sniping should be a dangerous business.
  6. A beached nuclear icebreaker, with dat exotic foreign loot (Sort of how helicopter crash sites have British equipment). Such sites would be on the coast and would be EXTREMELY dangerous.

    Injured, need advice

If you have below 3000 blood, you will pass out intermittently. Get another 400 blood as fast as you can, then go hunting if you have the necessarily supplies. Should get you back to a reasonable level.
  8. So defensive! Do you have a blog or something I can read? There are varying degrees of Survivor and Bandit' date=' with each extreme being at the opposite ends of a spectrum. If someone wants to play as a 100% survivor, that is a viable playstyle, and there is no reason they can't play that way. In fact, I've heard that a lot of people are having a lot of fun playing as Medics. [/quote'] Nice red herring, but I never said it was not impossible to play as a 100% survivor, only that it is not viable for survival. You can play the game however you want, but playing the "I will never kill anyone" route simply does not get you anywhere. Medics die all the time, and they're fine with the risks, and that's great - but being a medic is not good way to survive. Next time reply to me, don't twist my words.

    Griefers

If you think the concept of this game is realism you must be doing some pretty hard acid. I have no idea why people take this game as an attempt at realism.

  11. Everyone is considered hostile unless I have starting gear and nothing to lose.
  12. -Many people team up, I guess you're just antisocial or haven't been playing long enough. -Many groups are made IRL or through threads, but from experience most are not. I've teamed up with many people, it's just easier to do so when you're freshly spawned and have nothing to lose. -Irrelevant due to above statements.
  13. Bandits are afraid of other bandits. You act like this is a faction system and all bandits work together, but they don't. Survivor groups are coordinated, bandits rarely are, and bandit groups tend to self destruct if they don't know each other IRL or through some other outside means. Being a bandit means relying on yourself to do everything, because you will rarely get a chance to team up with anyone.

Reveal the name of the hacker? What good will that do? You haven't shown any evidence, and he can just change his name in a heartbeat.
