I do like the skin alot, but i dislike the way some of the people here want to connect it to the players humanity factor. I would but this skin to use till Rocket has decided if he wants to go with the "the lower/higher your humanity is the more badass/heroic you will look" or the "one finds and takes the skin one wants to use" way.. My vote goes for the later.

I also like the idea of random "lost" roamer zombies walking around the woods. It would make just sprinting thru the pitch black woods at night alittle harder and make the players think twice before starting to make sound. Dogs? Why not.

I myself would only like to see the humanity factor as a stat that does not effect the game at all, like all the other stats we already have. And then, when and if it is able to be done, let the players choose or better yet, find a "outfit" (changes model). Say, one could find a cherno soldier uniform at the military tents/barracks, a ghillie suit could be a really rare find also.. etc. -
You have to kill the fire & remove the campsite only then you can make another one.

You can already clear a town from zombies with smoke grenades, they run to it like moths to a flame. And of course if the situtation is right, you can thow one inside the house that nasty bandit is camping.

This should be fixed asap. Only advantage of using the crossbow is that you make no sound and that you can (or should be able to) recover your bolts. Is it me or did the crossbow make more damage to players at the launch week? I remember shooting players down with one bolt to the torso but nowdays it seems to take just around 2k blood away.

Lol, true that. But if he's going to keep the bandit model, it's better to fix the camo (skin) for the bandit atleast.

Didn't someone send Rocket retextured version of the current bandit model, which had woodland camo etc. Could use that while we get a proper one? Tired of spotting bandits 2km away.

I wouldn't mind if they would come at me in straight line, but the thing is servers would most likely need way more zombies to make them more dangerous, or that they would have more HP. Actually i would like them to take more punishment in the torso area, but still go down with a single headshot.

It's all part of the game.. Airfields and towns up north are taken over by groups of bandits/survivors and they try to control the more rare loot. If you want go up there, get some friends, band up and take control of the airbase. "I hit alt f4" for that you should be banned.

This only helps for like.. 5-15 minutes tops. Really irritating.

This bug still haunts me, it occurs only on the barbed wire fences that players can build. it even can be seen thru walls Messes up the game pretty bad when you try to spot enemies or return fire.

Would like to know is this fixed at normal ArmA 2 servers, or is it as bad in there too? it would make it unplayable, alteast for me.

So, i've noticed many players use this tactic when they get killed. They instantly disconnect when they get shot, then come back in 2-5 minutes later ALIVE, right at the same spot they got shot. Caught one today again. He came back there about 2 minutes later, and got shot by my friend if i remember correctly. I think guys like this should be permabanned. Happened on EU 2 server.

Indeed. I just don't think it's possible in ArmA 2 engine? 100 seconds would be too harsh, maybe more around 30 seconds when it's possible to do.

Just no for achievements. If we need skins, they should be lootable.

Agreed. Turned me away from STALKER for a long, long time before i found a mod that changed 'em to larger hoards of walking zombies.

Mosin nagant only? What we really need in the long run is more common weapons that are found in eastern european countries, not all this western army stuff. But as i said, in the long run and this is alpha right now and it's not that important right now.

This is normal on DayZ and i think it's quite common on some ArmA 2 servers aswell. I myself had my clock show 7am and my screen was bright as hell, almost like it was in the middle of the day, and my friend right next to me had 2am pitch black night. Rocket & server admins, is it possible to fix this time desync at all? It really messes up the game, thinking that some bandit out there could have a bright day when you're trying survive in the dark as hell night.

Would like to see test servers with only walking zombies on them, i can bet you would need approx 3-4 times more zombies for them to be any kind of danger for the players and i suppose that would be too much for the servers to handle? As grandpa_smuckers said, they are moving way too fast as the servers can't always handle the speed thus making them almost impossible to hit.

This was one of the things that drew me in to playing this this mod, the brutality of it, you actually had to hide and avoid those bandits with rifles/assault rifles atleast at the beginning. It's survival of the fittest.
