As above, the old loot system was less broken than the new system, so its back temporarily until new system is fixed. I for one enjoyed the harder game play with less loot and can't wait till its back!

Don't know if this is a bug or not, but you can punch and kill zombies through broken glass windows inside of houses. I've been using this to good effect as they can't hit you. So if I'm being chased by a few: 1) Sprint round a house for a few laps, their stamina drops off and they start dropping behind. 2) Go inside house (Brick type is best) and close all doors. 3) Go 1pp and punch those suckers through a window. For every 4-5 punches you will get a hit. So far I haven't taken damage I think. Anyone else using this or have any other hints????

Been trying to play the new stable patch today but each time I log on the server browser is blank. I'm in Au/Nz zone. Any tips?

I had the same issue when changing video setting whilst playing. It went to something like 980x600, looked like Doom95! If you have an Nvidia card, use Geforce Experience to optimise settings and it went back ok. Then I was able to change video setting after the splash screen and game ran ok.

Actually once the devs introduce a "Global Economy" (the amount of any type of item is centrally controlled) it would be cool to have maybe 1 or 2 Thermal rifles worldwide at any one time. Maybe as the ultimate desireable weapon, you could trade for a ton of stuff. Or imagine the thrill of finding one of these knowing it was the only one in the world.

Devs need to add "Walker- Texas Ranger" badges ASAP.

There will be more stuff to do later- find/repair/maintain vehicles, build a base, hunt and harvest food etc. The game now is in a very basic state. I've actually stopped playing SA as theres not much to do as I really liked bases and vehicles in the mod. Once these come and more stuff the devs have planned the SA will be amazing.

As above keep eating and drinking until you get the message "I feel full" etc. wait a bit then eat and drink some more. Eventually your blood will regenerate and you will get a "healthy" message in your inventory screen where the thirsty one usually appears. When you are healthy your blood will regenerate fairly quickly when you take damage.

Watching you shoot unarmed players who haven't seen you, one after another, is boring. Watching you and some friends take on a larger group of armed players and winning due to superior communication and tactics is very exciting, do that next time.

I had that trouble for 1 day, now it seems to work fine? Strange. Maybe server reboot helps.

No sir I don't like it. Makes it far too easy to loot your corpse. Far to easy for clan members to get back to the fight. Its a step towards battlefield and away from dayz I think.
