I have a 35 day old character with pretty much all the stuff there is to find in the game. I say, YES, let's reset this bitch.

I probably lost all my gear on a 34-day old character. I'm not even mad even though I had expected my 'death' to be a bit more heroic than this. :p

Logged in, was invisible, primary weapon gone (L85 TWS) -> logged out :p I better still have my damn weapon when I log in tomorrow!

Would be cool. On a few conditions however: - 1 C-130 crash per server per restart(maybe even a chance of it not spawning at all?) - Every player in de vicinity of the crash(possibly within a radius of 10km even) needs to have a way to locate the crash (perhaps loud explosions? SOS messages via radio? the actual plane flying and crashing?) - A LOT of zombies (as a C-130 crash would obviously make plenty of noise and zombies are attracted to this) - Loot should be rations, drinks, rare military weapons and ammo, perhaps also certain military vehicles like humvees(they can transport those right?) (obviously heavily damaged and hard to fix) Now, how I see it, these crash sites should become 'mobile' hotspots with dozens of people trying to loot it and therefore be extremely dangerous(making the rare items also hard to get to).

Bro, I run a i5 2500k @ 4.7ghz with 8gb RAM and 2x 6950 2gbs and mine doesn't go over 60 fps neither. It's the engine, don't worry about it.

Me personally: Active inventory - FN FAL + 5 mags - 4 AS-50 mags - 1 food item, 1 drink item - G17 + 3 mags - 3 bandages - range finder - nightvision Tools - map - gps - compass - radio - knife - matches - toolbox - entrenching tool - watch Coyote backpack - AS-50 - 2 morphine - 2 painkillers - Free spots filled up with food and drink items Currently day 30 on this character.

Like I said, works pretty well for being free. Just pretty much depends on your specs how smooth it'll be ingame.

It is; though hidden in the settings you can find a basic screen capture option that works pretty well. The top video in my signature was recorded with it.

MSI Afterburner is the best completely free one that I know of. Then again, everything is free on the internet.

It's pretty simple guys, if you don't want to risk your character, wait until everything is confirmed stable. It's what I'm doing.

New spawnies should get a butter knife as starting weapon. Or a fork.

I once spent a whole day(a good 6 hours at least) just lying on the hill at North East Airfield, sniping people who tried looting the place, calling my mates once I had confirmed a kill so they could come and loot the body. I ended the day with 5 kills, I enjoyed it. Even the times where it stayed quiet for hours, this is what snipers do, and I accept the burden. U mad?

Steam shows close to 85 hours for me. Probably closer to 100, Steam hasn't been recording my playtime since a few patches ago, it used to work fine even with the Arma beta.

I don't know how to feel about this. Lesson learned, I guess.
