Joined Balota Bodies last night so look forward to giving their servers a go tonight after miserable work. Any favoured servers ?

Hi All I have been playing this a couple of days now (great game...shame about Inventory) but the main issue I have is which server to choose. I chose a server last night. It started me with nothing which is spot on, I then played a bit and aborted but when I rejoined a different server I started from scratch again losing all my effort. How can I ensure that I do not repeat this? What do you guys do?

I'm up for it, depending on your timezone of course. I'm a noob running around blindly like many others.

Hi All, Well I finally broke my cherry, downloaded the game and gave it a go for the first time. It's left me with a few queries. I thought that when you started you started with nothing. I joined a couple of servers and one started me with a crossbow and another gave me night vision and a pistol. I don't get it. Wheres the continuity? How can I make sure I start playing on the correct servers ? The server list is a bit of a pain as well. A lot don't mention their time zone so you spawn in blackness which aint good for a noob like me. Don't get me wrong guys, I really like the game but need to get over a few hurdles till I get used to it and I don't wan't to start playing on some wierd server and not be able to move across onto another.

I'm not sure what they are yet. How do I go about signing up for a white listed server.?

I have decided to take the Day z plunge. Operation arrowhead is now downloading......2 hours. OMG. I'm gonna wet myself before then. Then when I play I will poop myself. I am not sure I can take all of this incontenance.

For some strange reason I feel the desire to buy this and then buy it again. What has gotten hold of me. I can't resist.

If this game is anything like the other survival/zombies game cough cough then it is a dangerous place to travel through alone. If you don't have any real friends in the real world who want to play then how do you guys team up to form a group or a clan. I don't really enjoy wandering around on my own. I get scared really easily and soil myself.

As long as it's out in the next month or two I am happy to wait. I think it will be worth it.

LOL Whatever happens it can't be War Z. That was a game about a thief making a game which was a copy of someones elses game about bandits......I think. I think I'll sit back and wait. I can get amusement in the meantime from this forum. :D

Hi all, After being worn down by War Z I decided to embrace Day Z instead. I have downloaded Arma Free and have started messing around with it to get the "Feel" for the crazy controls with the intention on paying up and getting Arrowhead and Dayz. when I'm happy. The question is : Should I wait for the standalone version to come out? Or do you think it could be some months before release? Thanks In Advance All :D
