let this be an indicator of a gamer who doesn't understand how game development works. EVERY game ever made at alpha stage is a complete clusterfuck of bugs. your attitude is both selfish and a bad fit for game testing. You don't get it. Besides all of that, you don't seem to realize that almost every game that goes gold and released for full retail is rife with bugs and balance issues these days (and by these days, I mean since the dawn of gaming). I waited 6 months for a patch fix for bf3. time to go back to the kiddy pool jr. you're drowning.

there are substancial in-game mechanics that make this mod unique. For those of you looking to "cooperate", what exactly is it that you think you need to band up against, if not other players? Are you looking to dominate the zombies? One guy can run through cherno and rack up endless kills with an axe. Are you looking to fight starvation or thirst? You hardly need a team for that. You ask gamers to concentrate on other areas and cooperation while completely overlooking the fact that there is a reason to do so. Ya, the focus of this mod is pvp currently, but just because you don't enjoy it, doesn't mean that that's a problem. I should point out, no matter how many valid points you may have raised in your post, they were completely ruined with the kneejerk Agist COD comment.

forum logic: The last patch got released before it was ready and fucked up the game! Release the next patch before its ready so the game is fixed!

Other things to do... 1. go to the coast and counter snipe the very people you complain about 2. camp stary or NW airfield waiting for server hoppers to kill. 3. look for camps 4. look for and repair vehicles. if none of these things entice you and you're looking for some hug it out session with complete strangers who have no reason to trust you, and no real threat to defend against other than other players, you're playing the wrong game. The ever growing list of servers and continued success of arma 2 sales contradict your claim of failure, and even if that were true, so be it. The game is a sandbox. Stop trying to impose structure to it. Its not about structure, and never will be.
