The tool does not let me specifically set the spawn rate of vehicles. If I want a biplane to spawn, I have to run the tool over and over. -

I own a private hive. Is there a way to increase the chance of a vehicle spawning or how many spawn altogether through PHPMyAdmin or TCAdmin? I have googled this extensively with no luck. -

I am a private hive server admin. I want to ban several people, but they are offline. How do I find the GUID of an offline player?
