I'm very worried from the video of the Little-bird flying... I know you said you were flying with keyboard, but it looked like the control system was setup so when you hit a key, the chopper would bank 30*degrees and on key release it would self upright. Please Please don't dumb down flying Helios to that level, it would take all the fun out of flying. The only reason I can see for dumbing down the flying system this much would be for consoles that do not have a mouse. I would love to have the Chopper startup procedure from TOH

This real life plane, can land and take off, in a space of a few meters, on any grade of hillside. Ideal for Cherno's hilly map.

I do not believe we will see any vehicles for at-least 4-6 months. Even Bicycles.

1Ghz CPU? Are you playing on a phone or something? Get a new PC.

We NEED some way to identify heros and bandits.

Personally I dont think "Forcing" certain clothing is the way to go. It would be better to have Humanity system that restricts certain types of Clothing. Players could choose to simply not wear the clothes that identify them. But if you see a guy wearing a medical outfit, then you may have a little more trust in him, until you find out you just shot his friend, and he is here for revenge. Example: Medic Vest 2000+ Humanity 20+ Medical Treatment given to others Bandit Vest -2000 Humanity This system could be expanded upon to include different Branches: Hunting Clothing for Hunters, Zombie Slaughterers, Long-term Survivors, Fisherman, Engineers, Pilots, Etc. -
What have you been doing in-game while awaiting patches: Honesty please.

I will only log in for a few hours to test each patch. But thats pretty much it. The game wont be worth playing for another 6+months. -
There are no Balota spawns. Nizhnoye/Sol is the only spawn location, so there is no need to ever suicide.
-
Players are killing themselves to get a better spawn. Solution: Everyone spawns in Kamyshovo, then nobody will suicide cause there is no point.
-
+1 I would love to see a large underground bunker/Missile Silo
-
I dislike your first option, re-adding the southern spawns I do not believe is the way to go. But I totally agree with your second option, spawns all over the map would be ideal, and having soo many spawns would make it impossible to camp, and should also make it not worth suiciding hopefully.
-
Spawns are all fairly close to eachother now, so meeting up with friends should be easier than ever. If they added a few spawn points closer to high value loot, people will suicide until they get those spawns. It honestly takes only 10-15min to run pretty much anywhere on the map. New spawn system is very welcome. Sure I do not believe it is the final spawn system we should have. But it is an improvement. I think a spawn system in which we spawn at small towns across the map would be ideal.
-
The whole idea of having one central spawn location, is to STOP PEOPLE SUICIDING. There are no other spawns, so nobody should need to suicide.
-
These things may be distractions, but when people see eachother, they will still Kill on sight. These changes will not change KOS in the slightest. The only thing that will reduce KOS, is some incentive to not "kill every player you see." And most people are against that type of feature.

In the mod it was done badly. If done correctly, it could work well. At the moment the friendly play style is being removed from the game. Is that also not an issue? People actually interacting and talking to eachother, I feel is a huge part of what DayZ is. Encountering another Player, having holdups, getting robbed, taken prisoner, handcuffing and forcing people to drink your pee. These things will all be gone soon, when everyone gives up on adding Drama to the game, and just shoots everyone on sight. Thats how it went in the mod, go join any mod server now, and try to talk to someone, they will shoot you in the face. We are loosing a very fun playstyle allready, and it is sad.

To those who complain about spawn killers.

If I wanted to play a deathmatch game, I would play Arma, or BF, etc. I want to play a survival game. At the moment it is SOOO extremely easy to survive. you are forced to do 1 of 2 things. 1. Hunt other Players or 2. Loggoff... you found food and water, you win DayZ. It will be interesting to see what happens when there are 150 players per server. There will be an average of 15-20 Players at each hotspot.
