    yeah i've tried changing the config files. changed the max pre rendered frames to 1, didnt seem to help. i just played the arma 2 benchmarks and everything is great until it gets near a town. the gpu then drops to 40% and my FPS go way down.

    i got the game thru steam. i have been playing for almost a year. i recently upgraded my system to get the game to play better with no luck. in towns i notice that my GPU drops from 98% to about 40%, my cpu never goes above 50%. but my FPS drop from 40-60 in the woods to 8-20 in towns. i have tried all the tips and tricks and nothing seems to work. anyone have any ideas, i know this isnt a monster rig or anything, but should be able to run decent i would think. motherboard: gigabyte f2a85x-up4 CPU; AMD A8 5600k, quad core 3.6ghz nividia geforce gtx 650 (two gig of ram) 12 gig of ram
