In a conference, he said that there will be private hives and only the hardcore servers will share across like how official ones are now. but the hardcore ones will be like official servers but will be run by community if that makes sense.

I just found a heli at NWAF and i was learning to fly, now im a pro, but then i wasnt very good so i flew around abit with auto hover on. Then i knew i should fly with auto hover off so i turned it off and lost controlso i bailed out of the littlebird. I safely landed on the roof of the firestation (like a boss) then i stoof there for like 30 seconds . Then BOOOOM the heli i bailed out of landed right on top of me and the firestation and blew it up. I was pissed as i lost my gear and dies but the admins were even more pissed as they had to do a restart to fix the firestation, so they called apaches on me like 5 spawns FAIL NUMBER 2 This fail is not as bad and not my fault. So i was playing a server and spawned is electro so i got some gear and then i was soooo happy when i found a winchester (MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE WEAPON IN THE GAME) and then a heli came passed and i said if i could have a ride, so he landed and i got in. Then he started to show off and did flips in the air, then he lagged out while doing a flip, i realized and bailed...the propelors chopped me up and i died and i lost my winchester

ye, the main reason day z runs bad is that you need processor power, with the i5 you should get it to run well but im no real expert but im pretty sure it will run great, anyway the standalone will be less processor needed so the standalone should run even better :)

This probally has been said before but just incase it hasnt cars should be able to be towed. It is currently availible in wasteland so it is possible with the arma engine HOWEVER YOU WOULD NEED TO HAVE A 'TOWING PART' or something like that to do this , and the part could be as rare as car wheels or toolboxes. you should only be able to tow 1 car at a time but it will decrease speed, mobility and turning. This would be great for when you find a car when you already have one. The only issue would be that sad people could stockpile every car in the server so mabye this would need fixing, im not sure.

fair enough but if someone figured out how to stop this then it would be fine, i just hate it when my car breaks down and i have to transfer all the gear into my freinds and wait till they come back to pick me up as we both have pick ups.

I was flying for the first time in a server with hundreds of helis at NWAF so i thought i would have a go at flying a heli as all my other attempts failed when i legit found a heli and so i flew it up and i thought is was easy, then i realized my auto hover was on so i turned it off and it went out of control so i bailed out and landed on the top of the firestation like a boss, then i stood their for a few seconds gathering my thoughts on what just happened, then suddenly BOOOOM my heli that i bailed out of hit me and destroyed the NWAF firestation and i died well its not reallly surviving but still.

mabye auto refuel so u do not need a jerry can, i dont know how hard it is but u should consider it
