Try installing your video card drivers. If that doesn't work, perhaps reinstall the game.

DayZ was the most fun when I really didn't know what I was doing and most items still had value. Looting a town made me feel like king of the zombies. Enjoy that feeling. Soon you will realize at 80% of the items in this game are useless. ;)

I'm assuming satchel charges only spawn in military spawns?

Since making forum posts on the forums (even on a thread that's obviously been done before) is the purpose of HAVING a forum, I support you.
