Hey folks, I am in a similar boat here. Just moved from bottoms up HFB to Vilayer, and I already have a webserver with a new phpmyadmin install. The problem is I can't seem to get the config.inc settings right to connect to the database. I have tried various options, such as including the port in the IP, listing it seperataly, connecting via cookie, config, etc but can't get it to work. Vilayer have stopped answering my ticket for now too, so I am quite frustrated. Have any of you successfully connected to your vilayer mysql with phpmyadmin, and if so, can I get a copy of your config file (obviously with your server specific details removed). Thanks!

Thanks for this information, I was unaware. My servers went down yesterday, no reply on heat ticket, and I have now filed a dispute with paypal. HFBServers were awesome to me, but reading this it looks like they are a thing of the past now :(

Where do I download client side RMod?

Says website updating, and the link for RMod shows a 500 MB file size, I though RMod was just a small add on??

Yes that would be an option, but I would like to know if this is a limitation to private hives or just something I need to enable on my server.

I tried searching for answers but met with no luck. I have a private hive HFB server (connected to the HFB private hives character database) and my players automatically spawn as male characters. Is it possible to somehow enable female characters?
