Bad artifacting when running beta?

Admin said they added something new to the latest patch that has bugged graphics...I'm experiencing the same issue. Out of curiousity, what GPU do you have? I have a 6950, not all people experience it. -
Also ran into this, I ended up finding it and it was some wire fence or something like that.

I can't even play with that graphical glitch, anywhere near a town my whole screen is covered in it.
