Yes it was a vey risky situation for all of us. We just saw them aiming and camping so we opened fire. Sad we ran into each other like this. As you saw in the rest of the video we are a pretty friendly group. Only I and that other ukrain guy survived that day then. I bet it was Nice for you to find the other perspection of the fight wich makes it more special. :-) Cheers!

Nice to hear it from another perspection, how do know they are from ukraine? An sks guy shot my first friend. We killed the attacker(ukrain?). My second friend was killed by a mosin guy(you?). I didn't go all the way up because i didn't want to be exposed. What happened to the blue helmet guy? After I killed the last guy I was up there for 15-20 minutes and if they had more they would come and kill me. Or other people who heard the shooting. I exited the building and like 5 minutes after the server restarted. I was playing for 5 hours or so I logged back in but it was quiet for 5 minutes and I logged for the night.

It was recorded the in the Evening cest the night before I uploaded it. So around that time yes. Don't remember the server country. but UK and DE are very plausibele.

Some of you maybe have heard of it, or even participated in it. But most of you probably didn't. What is the DayZ Meeting Game? The DayZ Meeting Game is a game that takes little effort to organize but gives you a great reward which is awesome gameplay. It all starts out with a letter with a little background story, a location and a time to meet. The game is usually played in hardcore but it can be applied on a lot of game modes. There are only 2 rules. #1 When you die, you're out of the game. #2 Only use direct voice coms. A little advice to make things more spicy is to role play a bit. Don't talk about hackers or desync, just play the game and it will give you an awesome experience. I made a little teaser to make you enthausiastic: In the description of that video are also 3 recordings of meeting games if you are interested. Hi Tobias, it's not really meant to help people in any way but it actually CAN be helpful. It's more difficult and you have to master the map before you can even participate otherwise you will never find the meeting point. It's meant to give you a cool experience. It can be really tense because when you die, you have no contact with the others and cannot give them possible necessary information. When you run into a town with the group you have to actually decide a meeting point. So in 5 minutes group up in the church, because you won't find your buddies anymore if you don't take these things in consideration. It CAN help you to have an actual goal in the game and let you experience the feeling that DayZ was meant to give once. :)

Yes he could but he wasn't a real threat at that last point. Very good video though! :)

You set the atmosphere real good Bates, really like this video. I'm a bit sad about the guy you killed. Maybe he was Russian or something and couldn't understand you. :(

This is not completely true, there are zombies in the game. There is just not a lot of them. But it should be doable. I'm actually working on some sort of trailer myself. :)

I agree with Toasted Ducky. It is really well done, but it's about firefighting alone and that's a bit of a shame. Great quality tho!

No problem! I've been there myself (and still am) and I know how valueable it is to get good feedback. I agree that not every video should be about firefights but they need to be entertaining in some way. I will check the more watched ones later. It's totaly no problem that you 'run around like idiots'. As long as it's entertaining it should be ok.

It does! Let me give you a few tips. The fade to black was when you were crouching was not appropriate. You can better use direct cuts or cross dissolves. No one wants to see you sit for minutes behind a building. Your friend needs a better microphone because he's breathing in it a lot. Zombies only need one gunshot at the moment. You better axe them because people will hear you're around. The footage overal is not really youtube worthy. It had potential if you would get in a proper firefight with your shooters. Your voices are cool and that pulled me through the video a bit. Cheers!
