I must admit, all I've found today is a load of empty tins in barns, deer stands and military installations. Must be my unlucky day (though I did find an M4 after tidying up the deer stands in the area south of Balota airfield).

You've obviously never read a post by me before have you? I don't mind the PvP system. If I die in the vast empty wilderness of the north then its because I didn't watch my back enough. Its when retards with all the best gear in the game come down to the coast in order to kill unarmed fresh spawns because they got bored of camping the NW airfield that I start to get pissed off. But yes, keep defending your pathetic little kill streak where you come to the coast like a retard and kill fresh spawns. Try and justify your existence by taking out your frustration at life on unarmed survivors. I find it hilarious. Also if you had bothered to read I said PvP should NEVER be taken away, but you were obviously so annoyed that someone had even DARED to suggest a way to make player killing less viable (and thus removing your only way to justify your poor excuse of a life) that you simply skipped most of the post and went straight into full troll mode. Aye, respawn and keep at it. Why just now I spawned on the beach west of Cherno. Took maybe five steps forward and was killed by small arms fire. Respawn and carry on.

Why vault a fence when you can sprint at it, dive on the floor then face sideways and roll under it and get up and sprint in half the time it takes to vault over it? And if your being shot at then the last thing you want to do is vault a fence and make yourself an easy target...

Well from reading this thread all I can say is that a lot of people have missed the point in its entirety. PvP should NEVER be taken away from this game. Its one of the core mechanics. The only problem about PvP is that it has no drawbacks to it. There is no moral system. There is no drawbacks to killing someone who was only trying to help you. I've killed my fair share of people for no reason other than I wanted to kill them and there lies the problem. I know that killing an unarmed survivor on the beach or a survivor who rushed to th airfields with nothing but a Lee Enfield will have no drawbacks for me except to annoy the guy I killed. I've had it happen to me many a time (been killed on the shore with nothing but a packet of painkillers and a bandage by a guy with an L85 whose only purpose for being on the beach is to be a complete dick and ruin peoples gaming experience). They need to introduce a risk system for PvP like maybe a morale system (not a bandit skin) which does not reset upon death. Go around killing everyone you see? You get a negative morale which will impact your gaming experience somehow. And by helping people (bandage, grouping togethere for prolonged times etc) will give you a positive morale which would impact your gaming experience somehow (maybe a chance of finding additional ammo in loot piles etc?). As of right now its just a deathmatch and will continue to be a deathmatch.

First of all this is just an audio test. I was fine tuning the audio when I started recording this. Yes its a little quiet so I'll be turning the volume up a fair bit when I do the actual recordings tonight. Had this idea the other day and started planning out how I would go about doing it late last night. Was testing out with duel monitors and extra speakers but it led to nothing but horrible audio feedback and the game constantly minimising when ever I clicked on the soundboard on the second monitor. So I worked around it by hooking up my laptop to my PC speakers and placing my microphone in front of the speakers to record the soundboard while playing the game audio through headphones connected to my PC. Feedback would be appreciated, do I need to be quicker on the responses? Has Arnie been done to death? Would you want to see other famous people do hold ups in Day Z? I mugged someone with a flashlight tonight. Started screaming at him over voip that it was a Remington with a flashlight and that if he didn't get down on the ground he would have several large lumps of lead lodged in his skull. He dropped his weapon, I looted it then executed him like the dog he was. Gotta love bluffing at night time.

Was shot by a Makarov in the arm earlier (as thats where the blood was pissing from) and ended up with a broken leg. Yet the guy who shot me had taken six axe strikes to the legs and back yet DIDN'T have his legs broke. Getting fed up with this mechanic, as I lost a lot of good gear last night for straying too close to a tree which broke my leg and then killed me....

What programme were you using to play the music? I've tried doing things like this before but if I play everything through my speakers I get this god awful infinite audio echo.

Yeah I use spacebar for teamspeak / steam etc when playing Day Z.

I'm an avid axe wielder. I will kill anyone I can with an axe as it just adds to the tension for me. Stalking your prey as they go around looting through piles of garbage, only to be hacked down as soon as their backside is exposed. Why just yesterday I was lying prone in a field north of Sobor when a guy with a Lee Enfield (why was he so far north with a Lee Enfield??) came running directly towards me. As he came within melee range I majestically rose from my concealed hiding spot and hacked him down. The last thing I heard from him was "HOLY SHIT WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT???" over comms.

Nobody wants to watch a long video of someone speaking a language they don't understand. The wider community all speak English and more than half of the community speak ONLY English (North America and the UK). If you want to appeal to the community as a whole then don't expect them to listen to you speak a foreign language to them and expect them to watch a piddly little boat travel about. Oh and also real mature of you to go out and thumb down my videos.
