Hello I have a problem. Each time i login to a server all my setting are reset but i still have the same name. I've googled for this issue and im not alone. When i open profiles there are no profiles but if i open my document i can se my profile right there, When i try to make a new one in arma 2 i can't edit the name. I can't click the name but i can edit the other options but i cant create and when i try to create the character it says something like can't create nameless character. Anyone has a fix for this? I have already tried reinstalling arma 2 and arma 2 ao.

Adding -profiles=Profiles seems to have fixed it. Wierd never had to use that line before.

I have now tried launching the game with paramaters that points to my profile location, i was thinking it somehome is looking in the wrong place for it but it didnt work. If feel like it is looking in the wrong place. Really want this fixed :S

I'm using steam. This problem just started recently. I am playing on a private hive but it has worked fine until now. Newest version of the mod and newest beta patch. I can't create a new profile. It says it can't without a name. I have my normal profile in the correct location in my documents but they do not exist ingame. But if i join a server my name is the same as the profile but all my setting are reset. I do have UAC enabled but i always launch dayz commander with admin priv. And i have tried starting vanilla arma 2 aswell, same problem there.
