It would depend on how wild the shot would be when fired from the hip. I'm for this change though as I've seen in many a video where a player just blind fires a Sniper rifle at close range and the fact the game is super realistic it just seems out of context. (Perhaps in real life this is possible? I've never shot a gun so I wouldn't know)

It's completely expected with the team you have, as you said in the expo the hackers are definitely the main priority. Once that is as abolished as much it can be (it'll never be 100%) you can start adding more building blocks and make it an amazing experience.

My only worry is with the new code will come new problems, hopefully you guys have a big enough team to fix any issues that arise on launch (which there will be). I like that you guys aren't going over the top with ideas and more refining the mod.

I don't see why having some sort of story is so out of the ordinary. Perhaps not a set in stone version but different things based on peoples opinions in Chernarus. Perhaps some think the KGB have set loose a virus.Some may think Americans or China are responsible for the Zombies banging ob their front doors. Religious views would be good to, just because people ask for a story doesn't mean it has to be a typical hold your hand linear script, these things mentioned above would be found in houses (peoples letters), hospitals (patient reports), Shops (News papers) or written in blood on the person you just looted's wall. If this game is indeed in the Zombie genre then it does indeed need 'some sort' of back story even if it's very vague like how the actual movie genre is (Satellite from space).

That would be awesome, sometimes the lake or ponds could be infected by a dead body that has died near or inside it. The Japanese did this a lot in WW2 to American Marines who where in dire need of water.

If you want 'for example' more of a steady aim, why not just practice aiming and learn to play better? no point in the game spoon feeding you like it's some MMO or a Call of Duty game. At the end of the day.... a skill system isn't going to happen so there's no point in this thread. ;)

Why not just practice on things you want to be skillful at? Your brain is a hell of a thing, however I get people like to be spoon fed dexterity.

Buy your new parts individually, really REALLY shop around. Ask in the 'can I run it thread' for advice -people in that thread are great-. Ask family if they know people who can build it for you (or build it yourself). It's much cheaper than buying a new one, price it yourself if you don't believe me.
