    I think if you meander through a few buildings out of their sight then they should definitely not 100% track you, however they should just keep going forward to what they think would be your position. If somebody is camping a building in Cherno, you could attract a load of zombies, head through the campers building, go out the back and get away, leaving the camper in a horrible situation.
