Taking out a sniper with my Makarov! I was a fresh spawn East of Balota with only a Makarov. I was running up the coastline and heard a DMR shot wiz by me, so I quickly took cover behind a bush. I found out he was camped up on top of some industrial building directly infront of me. After a minute or two of him trying to shoot me through the bush, he was distracted by a Bambi running down the main road, I ran to a stone wall beneath the building. He kept looking for me but I was just staying calm and waiting him out. A minute or two later I hear a crack - yep he broke his legs! He had fallen from the roof onto a small shack like a retard. I quickly ran into the industrial building and then shot him dead through some windows on the 2nd floor. He combat logged :( but there was no way to even get on the shack's roof where his body would have been unless I jumped to.

Please be mature and at least 16-17 years old. I am 23 years old and will not put up with immaturity, squeaky voices, or loud mouths. Just looking for some people to have a good time with. I play just about any map and prefer servers that are more "official", meaning not a ton of vehicles and custom stuff. You must have Skype and a good mic. Skype: drizzlx

I have been playing about a week now and just started official cherno servers a few days ago. I'm looking for some people who would like to group up and explore, please have a mic and Skype. Day 1 Upon spawning into Chenarus, I had to find out where I was and go find my friend (i will be referring to him as arch from now on). I started running south west down the coast line and noticed a small boat floating in the water, so I hopped in it and met up with arch near cherno at a light house. There was a player standing inside the light house. Surely it wasn't arch because he told me on Skype he was running around outside. Naturally, I whacked the guy in the face with my hatchet and he did not respond. This was my first experience of server lag because 45 seconds later arch has a grey screen and everything is blurry, he couldn't see more than 30 meters (low detail i'm guessing). We started with matches so I just needed to find some meat to get his health back up. Easier said than done, or maybe I am just blind. The next 45 minutes was an epic journey to find food. On the way inland we found 3 tents in the middle of the woods and looted 2 winchester rifles and a pistol. Somewhere near a gas station we had to kill another bambi because he ran up on us and we panicked. After a ton of running, avoiding zombies, agro'ing an entire village of zombies, we finally got back to business and headed towards the woods and rolling fields. As we made our way across a field, arch passed out. I dragged his body and kept reviving him; I didn't want him to die, even though he was pouting on skype saying just let me die!!! I can't blame him though, he did have a horrible grey blurry screen for the past hour. Nevertheless, I kept reviving him until finally I told him to just log out and I would go find food. Upon walking through a forest I see a bunny rabbit. I chased that rabbit into a field and saw cows and sheep. I was so happy, I had almost given up! After gathering the meat I needed to get some wood and start a fire. Unfortunately, my winchester was lost when I dropped in on the ground because I thought the hatchet had to be equipped to get wood. Arch logged back in and I gave him about 6-8 pieces of meat to get his health back up and we ran back to the boat. It's a miracle I found it, but I remembered some land marks near the coast line. An admin on the server thought we were hackers, because we located it from a mile out, but I explained to him we used it earlier. We took off in the boat and explored some more. I ended up breaking my leg because of a zombie, fortunately the server was rolled back due to some bug 30 seconds before that happened (i'm very lucky, I know). Random day This is a very short story but is worth mentioning. I was on a new server and all I had was an axe. I noticed a player 30-40 meters away from me just running across the field with an Remington 870. After he passed me I decided to go in for the kill because I needed loot! I ran up behind him and whacked him over the head with my hatchet. I guess he went unconscious because I dragged the body out of the open and he woke up, so I whacked him a few more times. Yup, he was dead and I got some nice loot :) Yesterday - Chopper Theft I decided to try out the Namalsk map and spawned in. While running down the coast line I noticed a russian chopper, but it was out of gas. I looked and saw another chopper (american Huey), but it was also out of gas also. Then I saw a boat and a bus about 200 meters away so I went and checked them out. While returning back to the american chopper I saw 2 guys in a jeep gas'in it up. I watched them for awhile, planning on stealing the jeep. After a few minutes they left to fill up more gas cans, so I quickly ran over to the chopper and started her up. Now, keep in mind I have never flown a chopper in Dayz so this was very exciting! However, I have flown them in BF2 and BF3 so I wasn't a bad pilot. After taking off and flying to the other side of the island the gas ran out and I had to put her down hard, it broke 3 things on the chopper but I lived. I look in front of me and there is a freshly spawned car, awesome! However, the car look like something used in a spanish festival. I got in the car and drove down the coast line, only to get axed by another bambi. Yeah, he axed me through the window of the car while I was trying to make friends lol.
