Why would a city be destroyed? The zombies can't knock down buildings to the point of how it is in fallout. You would need some explanation as to how the city got destroyed, this is the zombie apocalypse, it just doesn't make sense

Maybe they could do it the same way as tin cans, if there is no one in a certain radius of the casings, than they despawn. Also, it shouldn't be on every shot, just a chance of dropping a casing to reduce the lag a bit -
I think that there should be more types of storage in your inventory in the game, as well as an encumbrance system, which I have seen in other threads so I won't go into detail on that. There should be bandoliers that you can hold ammunition on, maybe 3-4 magazines, and I think that with the new clothing coming in the SA, there could be bandolier army clothing. I also think that the there could be variety in Vest pouches that would actually go on your chest, rather than back. There should be small ones with only 5 or 6 slots like the old one, and larger ones with up to 15 slots, without gun slots. These could be used in addition to a backpack. If there is an encumbrance system, maybe it would be more favorable to have a large vest pouch and a bandolier rather than a huge coyote backpack.

I assumed that the regular inventory without your backpack was just that. Where else would you put mags/food and stuff

I think that there should be a barrel length for each gun and it sticks out in front of you. The gun could bump against walls you are looking around, and it would knock the gun out of your hands, or if you just hit the tip, your accuracy would go down for a little while.

There could be an effect where you can slam a zombie with your barrel. In this case a longer barrel would be better

I personally like the system because it Gives the good guys an advantage that they need, bandits have enough of an advantage since they shoot without question. Heroes venturing into electro need to know who to shoot and who to help because bandits already know who they are gonna shoot

My only problem with first person is how the head bobs crazily. If there was some setting or something that could change that, I would be all for changing 3rd person like that. -

How is it op though? The makSD is just a makarov, the silencer doesn't make it OP. Not like you will win gunfights with it -
I think that if you are sitting there for an entire day cause your leg broke ruins the experience. Maybe it should be like morphine+30 mins= healed leg and full run speed. Maybe more items can make it faster, like morphine+painkillers= 15 mins and then your leg would heal.

Understand that what you are talking about isn't repellant. The zombies won't run away from you, so it is more like zombie camo. I do like the idea though. Maybe they can make it so If you pit parts on you, you have a high risk of infection but than there could be like a firefighter or hazmat suit that you can put on parts with a low risk of infection

You should be able to build your base in a wardrobe, and put magical lions and mermaids in it. It's very realistic

Cars barely spawn. You cannot repair any car, only the ones that spawn. You can check out dayzdb.com for more info on where cars spawn.

How about a safe that you can lock with a combo, and when you die the safe is open for everyone to loot, but if someone chooses to, or you can run back and lock it again. This would make for some interesting gameplay where you are trying to hunt someone who locked your safe
